We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot much that I can think of although it does frustrate me that hotels seem to be starting to put their toilets in a separate area to the washbasins which I simply don't understand. What do you do after you use the toilet, you wash your hands which involves opening one door, opening another then using the washbasin in another room.
Centrally located hotel with all the facilities you need to work, quick wifi, desk space, chairs and tables. Secure parking is available at €10 per night but is well worth it. Breakfast options are good and comprehensive and the front desk staff switch seamlessly between French and English, just shows how bad we are at doing so ! Lots of local bars and restaurants although the restaurants all appear to open at 7pm.

Especially liked the thoughtful touches like water fountain and bottles to have cool fresh drinking water, homemade onsite honey at breakfast was delicious. Breakfast selection was superb. Beds were incredibly comfy.

BelgiumFree charging point but covered by the 10 eur/night fee. parking very narrow to enter with a SUV car. Breakfast 17 Euros for the quality of choices was poor specially on the cooked items and quality of pastries. Other things like cheese was very good. There are no cooked options available, so found 17 eur to be too expensive.
