We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgUnfortunately I had to stop staying here when in Brussels for work, since the mattress is way too soft. If anyone has back problems such as me, it's very tough to sleep. The pillows are okay. It's truly unfortunate because otherwise I would so prefer to stay here since the location is so convenient, right off the highway.
Wonderful staff, can't say enough about the staff! Great wifi in case anyone has to be on Teams or Zoom call, not a problem. Bathroom and room super clean. Great location, easy access off the highway.

BelgiumWhen charging for breakfast didn't ask whether I wanted the less expensive continental breakfast or the buffet and let me know he charged me for the buffet before I was to pay. Small thing but would have preferred he asked before he prepared the bill. (pay upon arrival).
Just looking for an overnight along my route. It is right off the motorway which was perfect. It was what one would expect in terms of amenities and welcome and breakfast. It was very good. I didn't stay long enough to have an exceptional experience.
