Access to the gym. It was advertised that a sauna and gym would be available but only when we arrived we were told we would have to purchase extra passes for the nearby David Lloyd gym.

In the description of the hotel they say they have "spa" but actually this spa is apart from the hotel,is one minute away from the hotel but we didn't find it so entertaining,i mean we could use together as a couple only the pool,cause the wellenss area could be used only by womans and was costing extra money.

The hotel is really nice,clean room,big bathroom with jacuzzi , coffee machine in the room,we enjoyed the stay,the breakfast was delicious and we had a lot of options to choose,the personal was nice and smiling.We had a nice experience staying here.

The only complaint I would have are the pillows. I found them far too big and very uncomfortable.

There are a couple of problems the shower us over a bath and being elderly we found it difficult to get out of. There is a problem with mosquitoes if you like your window open. We were quite badly bitten. It would be advised to take a decent repellent if you want fresh air. There is an air conditioning unit in the room.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. In the evening the receptionist was Sarah, who was really helpful and in the morning it was Wesley, who again provided a very good service. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were really comfy.

- Cleaner coming in to the room twice in the morning. ( at 9am and after 10am) First time she knocked on the door, we responded but she still opened the door. Second time she didn’t even bother to knock on the door, just opened it. - Uncomfortable pillows. - A lot of unnecessary emails, Whatsapp notifications and booking.com messages

The hotel sent me tens of emails before my arrival adversting their Thai restaurant and a sort of small market/bistrot insde the hotel. I booked at Thai restaurant for 6 p.m. but no one showed up and the restaurant did not open at all. At that point the msall market was closed too and I had to buy some expensive cold junk food from a vending machine in the hall.
