It is a good value for money considering the location of the hotel. All is as it should be in a hotel of this range. Kudos for an upgrade I received (the other room I was supposed to get was not ready on time).

The location was a little out of the way and you had to take a metro into the main city, but it was a short walk to the metro at least. Though, there were some quick places to eat within a 10-15 min walk like Maccas that was open 24hrs, so perfect after we returned after the Rammstein gig!

The hotel was great and pretty much what you expect from a 3 star hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were great when we needed to organise and extra night. The breakfast offered great value for money too with several items available where you could really fill up for the rest of the day. The coffee here was great too.

The room was quite big abd the bed was super comfortable. The Wifi was good and we even had a littl balcony. There was not a lot of noice outside so we could open the windows.

The location is great for shops, but is a 25 minute walk to The Grand Place. A little out of the way for us.

The hotel is located nearby the shopping street and metro station. The people who work there are quite nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. It fulfilled our expectations regarding to the Brussels trip.

Good position, near the city centre by foot or with bus (number 71, 5 minutes walk, 15 minutes of bus). Simple to reach by metro from Bruxelles-Midi (if you came from Charleroi) or Bruxelles-Central. Friendly staff, spacious and bright room. The gave us two magnetic cards for opening the door. It's possible to leave the luggage after the check-out. We didn't try the breakfast.

There were a couple of minor issues. Perhaps, the most important has to do with the position of the toilet, which was just next to the corner - as a result, it was almost impossible to properly sit, and I'm certainly not a big person. The shower sliding door was also a bit hard to open and close. Last, the room was in general a bit narrow and for instance, working on the desk was a bit tight. Another minor issue was the location. The hotel is close to Louise, which might be ok for shopping and perhaps going out, but not really well positioned in relation to central locations.

The hotel offers a decent choice for Brussels at a reasonable price. The room was clean and peaceful. The staff were polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. In general, I would say it's a good value for money.

The bathroom was not very clean, especially the toilet was not cleaned properly. Also, when I took a shower, all the water was running into the bathroom.

Staff was polite. They get back to messages immediately. The room was quiet.

Early check in could not be accommodated. The annex building felt a bit isolated from the main hotel building. As a solo female traveler, it made me feel a little uneasy.

Cosy room, comfortable bed. Very clean, nice towels, air conditioning. Nice location, quiet at night. Perfect for a short stay.

The location was central but not in the best area. The room was warm and the toilet didn't flush sometimes properly, but all good overall!

I understand Brussels hotels are expensive, but 120 euro with no breakfast for a room being slightly bigger than the bed is an exaggeration.

Toilet was placed on the corner in the bathroom. It was facing the wall, so you cant use it unless you sit weirdly. :)
