The WIFI needs improvement. It was constantly going out and in. The coverage throughout the room was poor. The room was devoid of natural light. The room was too warm and I did not understand how to control the heaters and I had to leave my windows open to manage the temperature. The condition of the bike that I borrowed was poor and had no lights.

The location is really good next to the Heverlee station. Please bear in mind that there are 2 locations possible. The place is quite too. I got a free upgrade too to a double room. The place was clean and the toilet was nice. I got a bike on request.

Coffee makers didn't work well although they changed two times to me. Bicycles are not maintained and I had to do that myself. Normal rooms are usually in the south part of the building and are not light enough while deluxe room is perfect due to the natural light.

The location is perfect, it's close to the Heverlee train station and two bus stops. It's close enough to the city center, bakery, post office, and supermarket. It has a cleaning service every week. It has a bath tub, kitchenette with necessary stuff, mini bar, TV and enough desk and table. You can ask for a bicycle, which is a must in Leuven. Staff members are available by phone although there is no reception desk.

Some tea bags would be appreciated :-) when arriving in the late evening and don't have time to buy groceries and plan your breakfast. But this is not critical.

The water heating system for bathing water does not get hot. The utensils and cooking staff are limiting. The directions for using the cooker are missing. No paid TV channels.

Accessibility was fine by bus and pedestrian walk. The room was clean and the corridors as well. Stable internet connectivity within the rooms.

No hot water - it was lukewarm at best. Also, Booking.com did not alert me while booking that a minimum of 4 nights was necessary. I only came to know when I wanted to modify my booking 4 days before moving in, when I had some plan changes and I couldn't modify it to my requirements.

During our stay the electricity went out for once and the alarm went on. Seems like no one noticed this because I was the person to inform the hotel and get instructions on how to put off the alarm and get the electricity back on. When I entered there was no key card plaed in my envelope but luckily the lady in charge of the cleaning was there and solved the issue. It would have been also better if there was a 24/7 reception available. The walls of the bathroom are not till the top in the room so the room became humid after a shower and also it was not nice to have the sounds and smells of the bathhroom/wc in the room.

The place is clean and the lady in charge of cleaning was very nice and friendly. It offers bikes which is very useful for the stay. It has a washer and a dryer in case you are staying long you can easily do your laundry. The staff reply to your messages and calls and try to solve any issues and problems.

There is a kitchenette but not a proper table to sit at for eating (apart from the working desk). Double room but only one desk chair provided. The windows were not soundproof so we were woken up at 5 AM by the Sunday market stalls next to the room. Booking notified us that free bikes were available but the owner refused to make any reservations for the bikes, even though my travel companion was 7 months pregnant. Apartments are clearly catered to business visitors rather than holiday guests.

Clean room, bathroom linen provided, as well as kitchen amenities. Twin beds were provided upon request. Handy location next to the Railway station of Heverlee, there's a cosy farmer's market on Sunday morning next to the venue.

The cleaning lady came knocking at 8 a.m. on the day of check-out to find out when we would vacate the flat, despite the fact that check-out is scheduled until 11 a.m. An e-mail request in the days before would have been more appropriate.

The flat was in a good location to reach the centre of Leuven, only 5 minutes by bus (bus stop is right in front of the flat) or a 30 minutes walk. The room, especially the bathroom, was big and in general the room was quite well equipped (except for spoons, only one available). Very nice terrace. Value for money is excellent considering the season and prices in the area. On Sunday mornings there is a market right in front of the building, but the room was still extremely quiet.

No code for entrance has been forwarded. We had to take own initiative (phone them up) to get a code. Room could not made dark due to broken fence. Toilet was leaking.

Location. Big room with small kitchen. Good shower and bad. Easy parking in front of hotel during weekdays. Shop, Bakery and restaurants closely.

The wifi quality was terrible, it was impossible to hold a call without cutting off every 3 minutes. Tested with 2 laptops and one phone, all of the devices had the same issue so it wasn't me but the network.

Very clean room, all of the necessary amenities were provided. Very convenient kitchenette. Easy check in, responsive staff when an issue with the shower arose.

İssue with water temperature and heating in the room. Heating might have been broken, it was too hot even though I was turning it off. Not possible to take a hot shower, water remains at the edge... Somewhat loud street.

Workers are friendly and helpful! Price quality and borrowing bikes excellent. Many positive things about the place.

The window was slanted so it doesn't let in a lot of light and it needed cleaning a little bit around the edges. Also, the WiFi connection is not very stable and you lose connection often. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Margriet, my point of correspondence was super helpful and informative. I needed to extend my stay and she ensured that the process went smoothly. The room was being cleaned routinely and the location was optimal.

The water was weirdly "fat" and the bath tube was stucked.

The place is well located, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette had everything what was needed. Good for several days of stay.
