When we arrived at the hotel we rang the bell but the lady at the reception didn't open the door even though they saw us. They changed the door code they sent us after booking. Someone who entered the hotel by chance opened the door and that's how we entered. It is very sad that they did not open the door even though they saw it.TV was not showing any Channel

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy, you can stay comfortably. It is a safe and peaceful hotel. Even better than we expected.Especially Stephan is so friendly and helpfull person.

The bathroom doors don’t have locks or broken therefore very uncomfortable when using the bathroom as anyone could just open it. Also after checking out we asked the cleaner to let us borrow a toilet for an emergency which she declined therefore very unfriendly staff

It was too cold there and a small heater was unable to heat all the room. The bathroom should be cleaner.

The location was good, some 5 minutes walk to tram stop and 10 mins walk to North Train Station. The kitchenette was fully equiped, the tea and coffee provided.

I paid extra for the early check-in, and still there is no one at the reception. The code provided for the main door was working, as main door sensor was broken. I have to wait for an one and a half hour and several mails to all available mail id, to get someone come and handover the keys.

The room was very cold, and there was no internal heating. The floor was so cold that it was difficult to walk on without slippers or shoes. Additionally, the TV was not working, and there were no extra pairs of slippers in the room, not even in the bathroom. It made navigating the cold floor quite challenging.

It's neat and very near he center. The room is very big and has all the facilities for cooking and everything. The beds were really comfortable. At this price, it's a really good place

3 out of 4 beds had parts of the legs missing so the beds tipped up when sat on that bit. Dog poo not cleaned up by other dog owners staying at the same time in gardens on site.

It was far from clean. Floors needed deep scrubbing, beds were trying to collapse underneath you, bathroom had hair in the shower. If you’re squeamish - don’t book it.

I arrived at 11pm and although it was easy to access the keys I realised after trying two rooms (the one room number on the paperwork and the other on the keys I was left) that I couldn't get in the room and had to call the residence manager. She was friendly and gave me the correct keys but it was a pain at that time of night. The corridors between the rooms are quite gloomy and also I got a sense that some people staying there are not travellers but maybe people who pay for a room for a couple of nights as somewhere to stay.

Good value for almost central Brussels and near one of the main railway stations. Spacious room with kitchenette, very clean and comfy bed. However the accomodation is very basic, good for not spending much time there and to explore the city but not for enjoying the room.

It was a creepy road to walk to the hotel. It's Self Check, but the time to check in was wired. there's a safe and envelops with guests name with keys and invoice. The room itself was clean and big, the door and lock were flimsy and seems like someone tried to broke the lock and they replace the a new lock or sth. Looks very unsafe... We had to put a table at the back after we locked the door... In all was ok, I realized many traveller had comment on unsafe area, indeed it is. We saw people look suspicious right around the hotel gate.and hotel guests were talking so loud in the hallway,not sure if they are from the hotel or outside. Not a soundproof room,you can hear ppl from other rooms talking... For the price it is ok, location is good,just need to be very careful...

I think that the check in time needs to be changed to something earlier rather the 4:00. Would be good if the rooms had air conditioners

The property is nice and close to the centre 20 minutes walk and less if taking the bus. i wouldn’t recommend going out at night by yourself in the area. The room is ok just needs updating, the staff were all very friendly.

Whilst staff were lovely, there was only one person doing check ins, which meant that it took until 4:30 to get checked in. The apartment was clean, but a little run down, I just about blew myself up with a leaking iron, but a replacement one was provided without any fuss. The beds weren't the most comfortable in the world, but overall not a bad stay.

The lady working reception was really friendly & there is a train station nearby that gets you into Central in a couple of minutes.

Hotel old and dated no aircon or fan in room very hot all night . TV didn't work electrics triped out multiple times
