Bigger beds

The room was good, the beds comfortable but a bit too small for a family room. You'd expect 2x King and we got 2x queen only. Breakfast was really good and offered a wide choice of food.

the staff was very helpful, comfort rooms, free shuttle bus to the airport, nice park behind the hotel to walk around; due to canceled flight I had to stay another night, the staff was helpful with information to solve the situation

One of our favorite hotel ! We enjoyed our time there with family. We come to this hotel many times per or every time we go for international flights. Wonderful service , comfortable and clean room , good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, friendly staff!

I'm not sure the thermostat was working, and the room was a bit cold as a result. The mini fridge was empty, but we had the option to call down to the reception and fill it up. However, as we got there fairly late and then set off early in the morning, that would've been too much of a hassle.

Great choice for flying out early from Brussels. Superbly clean, excellent bed and bedding, large bathroom with good hair and body products. Very close to the airport and easy to get in and out. Parking free of charge. We left too early to check out the breakfast offerings, but by all accounts we would've had no complains in that respect, either. Very good soundproofing, we didn't hear any planes at all.

I asked for water bottles before I booked and they didn't leave in our room, even they didnt offer after. Beds are very little. Recepcionist should be more friendly, specially women.

Excellent location, if you want to stay close from Brussels airport is the best option around. The property is very nice, clean, fancy and good service.

It was easy to get to with the free shuttle bus from the airport. Handy for an early morning flight the next day. We arrived in the dark in the evening and also left in the dark early next day so didn’t see the surrounding area at all. Restaurant had a nice menu and was priced a little bit high but reasonably considering all.

Food was not much variety. While breakfast had plenty of options, the night buffet was limited & food was just warm, not hot. Menu meals were better but takes a while to come. We preferred to stay out for food or even ordered in one evening.

Very nice clean hotel near to airport (coach provided every 10mins) easy commute to & from airport to various destinations.

The wardrobe was stuck - it doesn’t close , the lights kept turned on - I called but no body bothered to fix it - I payed 100 euros upfront they didn’t have me the money left in my account - they told me we will refund it back in a few days but they didn’t

Didn't eat at the restaurant, but prices were very expensive.

Room was large, bathroom had separate tub and shower. Got a room with 2 beds, which is hard to find in Brussels. fAirport shuttle was great - we arrived by train and took shuttle to the property. Grounds are absolutely gorgeous - on a park with a pond. Large vending machine with snacks, cheese, salami, wine, beer and the usual stuff. In room fridge.
