Breakfast was poor. Everything is old and shabby, but they are making repairs, and I hope soon it will be renovated.

Location is 3 min to the Midi station. The boy at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. I give him 10/10.

The place was being renovated and they started at 7 every morning. In the room there was no fridge also no tea/coffee Making facilities. Also the bar was closed but would be open in June when the restoration was over.

It was an easy walk from the train station. The places to eat in the area were good.

The bathroom was very wet, the view from the window is not nice, it was very noisy and we were not informed about the refurbishment in the hotel

The building works are intrusive, but I had been warned about this. I'm quite surprised that they remain open while builders are on site. I had to ask for the kettle listed as one of the amenities of my room.

Staff were pleasant and helpful and making the best of things. It's very convenient for the train station.

Didn't pay for breakfast but looking at it, I'd have been disappointed had I have done.

The location is great. There are a few suspect characters hanging around but at no stage did I feel the slightest bit intimidated. Room was clean and comfy without being spectacular but didn't spend much time there. Appreciated having BBC on the TV!

Hotel is renovating. We were given a room where the whole floor is renovating. The next morning we were asked to move to other floor room. We need to repack our stuff to move. Why did you give us the renovating room in the first place ???

Currently, there are renovations on-going so it is slightly dirty, lots of dusty places, and loud - good thing we are there mostly when there are no work. Elevator smells like piss.

It is close to Bruxelles-Midi train station. About 15-20 minutes walk to the city proper.

The staff were fantastic. It was located very near the station which was great as we were stranded due to Eurotunnel strike.

Unfortunately the walls are very thin, we were the only ones on our floor for most of the stay but could hear everything when people were in the hall. There was construction going on a wall away from us which was signposted in the hotel but not on the booking.com website which wasn't a great surprise. Otherwise the hotel was great.

The room was a good size, the bed was massive and everything was clean. The staff were lovely and helped us find medication when we had a small medical issue. Altogether a good stay in a great location right by the station.

Perhaps too basic a room and the very worst thing was the building work at 8 am of which we had no idea. Wouldn't have booked had we realised. The area is also full of dangerous looking people, like every station area.

Really liked the proximity to the station and the price. The staff were helpful, with a 24 hour desk.

At the time of our stay they were in the middle of renovation. For us it didn’t matter too much because we were up before the noise started and only stayed one night. I think it will be worth it once it’s complete but it would’ve been nice to have a heads up before travelling or a slight reduction in price etc.

It’s very convenient for the train station. It was comfortable enough for what we needed and the staff were wonderful.

I would have liked tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, and the lighting was very poor.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly and the room small but comfortable. The location was extremely convenient for Brussels Midi station, and there were one or two good value interesting places to eat nearby.

There was a pervading unpleasant smell. The hotel is undergoing extensive work. At one stage the fire alarm went offand I had to descend an unfinished wooden emergency staircase to find out what was going on.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast good.
