Upgraded furnishings would add some feel of luxury...bathroom was great!

Great little place in the old part of town. Small, cozy room, clean and quiet. Didn’t get to try the restaurant downstairs- but looked very nice.

Wifi was poor kept dropping connection and not fast enough to allow a stable vpn connection for work purposes.

Only a limited number of rooms, near the centre but very quiet, thus both an advantage. Public parking very nearby. Breakfast was basic, but no problem for a business visit. Excellent restaurant with a good price/quality ratio. Very friendly staff.

Wifi was not the fastest I ever seen.

Very nice and warm personnel that makes you feel at home. A small family run hotel with a soul. The breakfast was very good and much above average. The whole hotel has nice walls and narrow corridors that give it a nice touch. The steep staircases can be an issue for some people but the owner is really helpful with the luggage.

Rooms somehow narrow; reception desk occupied in limited time slots during the day (check-in has to be later, check-out earlier than usual).

Complex of old accomodations, modernly decorated and turned into a cosy & tasteful hotel. Very friendly & helpful hotel personal.

Not easy to reach by taxi on Sunday during the market. My driver didn't deliver me properly. My other grievance is that the taxi ordered for me at reception for my departure DID NOT come. May be the taxi services are so bad in Liege.

Location was everything for me. Room was excellent for one person. Had all I needed. Table, convenient storage. Etc.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The property was conviniently located in a hostorical area of Liege, with transportation means easy reachable.

Lobby on second floor accessible only by steep stairway. Fortunately hotel clerk carried our luggage up the steps. 2 story room with bathroom, bench and desk on lower level and sleeping area above, again, steep stairs. Inconvenient, not suitable for older people. No onsite hotel personnel outside of business hours. Electric circuit to our room partly failed first night. Fortunately, employee responded quickly to come back to hotel to reset circuit breaker. Wifi not working with some devices, worked ok with others. Not enough hot water for 2 people to shower consecutively. I would stay here again only if nothing else was available. Overpriced given the property's quirks.

Good location, nice walk a few blocks from city center. Stay on main streets. Avoid side streets. Owner and staff were very nice. Made up for some of the shortcomings of the building and room.

There was some noise from the aircondidition on a roof top during the day next to our room until 11pm; afterwards it was really quiet. In the morning we were told that no breakfast was served due to a problem in the kitchen, but we were given advice to a tea room that served a tasty breakfast 300m away

The style and interior of the historical building. Very friendly staff.

    Nothing.

The single room was great, clean and modern and the breakfast was also good - the fresh orange juice, good coffee and warm bread and crossiants were great! The hotel is also unique, only 9 rooms in a renovated 18th century house.

Very expensive for a 3 star hotel- 125 Euros a night, given there were no facilities other than a room. The breakfast restaurant was shared with a restaurant so there was nowhere to sit outside the room. The reception desk was not manned at weekends. A bit more variety at breakfast e.g. eggs would have been welcomed.

Nice, light room with good size bathroom and comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The mildew in the shower, too much stairs, the lighting in the bathroom was very poor and they did not have a medical fridge. They were also unable to wake us up on the day of our departure. They said the phone was not working.

The location was great. The room was clean except the shower. The decor was nice.

The WIFI didn't always connect and was slow. Breakfast was not included and cost an extra 12 euros a day per person. The hotel also wanted to know the exact time that you would be there to eat...no option to sleep in or change plans.

The hotel was close to the historic area of Liège and the bed was not two twins put together. We were lucky to get the room at the back of the hotel away from the street and the restaurant.

Nothing. Just as an advice, the reception is not always manned so it is better to inform the hotel of your arrival time. The hotel is small with only 9 rooms so there is no lift.

Excellent location (close to all the main touristic sites, very helpful and kind staff, well-designed clean room with every necessity and comfort (including coffee & tea making facilities) and nicely served tasty breakfast.

Very limited reception availability-we checked in around 5:00 p.m. and then reception closed and wasn't open again anytime after check-in through check-out. Steep, narrow stairs to rooms, but staff carries luggage. Small room for the price.

Central Old Town location so could walk everywhere. Car parking was a couple blocks away. Cheerful room decor.

We didn't like the breakfast unfortunately. €12 for a basket of baby pastries, coffee, fruit and yogurt, slices of ham and chesse, butter and jam. That's all you get! Without a doubt they could give a more substantial breakfast but we also understand this is very typical in Europe. Bacon and eggs doesn't seem to be an option.

The location was AMAZING! just 8min walk from liege-palais station. Around the corner you have this little cafe called Le Rivoli which was fantastic value for money! The room was very comfortable, incredible cleaned and organized. A/C, TV, a kettle!!! The WIFI was incredibly fast and although our room was facing the street we didn't hear anything! In general we loved the place and the manager and receptionist were incredibly helpful! The manager speaks spanish, english and french which was great!!! It has a restaurant that was pretty full everyday we were there, never went but checked the menu and looked delicious!
