There is no elevator in the hotel , so getting to the fourth floor with our luggage was tiring , but we knew this before the reservation.

The owners of the hotel are kind and helpful. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices to taste. The room and the whole building was clean and in very good condition. The hotel is located in a quiet place , and is nearby to most of the sights.

I would like to have a kettle in my room 😊

The host was the best, a very kind and supportive lady. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious 😋 Very good location, near to a supermarket, bus stop and walkable distance to the city centre. The room was very clean, comfortable with a beautiful view.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the city tax was not mentioned on booking.com until I had made the booking, which I did not notice. So was surprises when we were asked to pay it on the morning we left. This should be made clear on the site when searching not after the booking is made.

Great hotel in quiet location but short walk to centre. Comfortable rooms and staff helpful and friendly. Perfect for a group.

Could be a kettle in the room.

The hotel is family driven and in a very quiete area that allows good quality sleeping. However very close to city centre, so the position is great. The whole Bruges feels safe and so is this area too. The room was not so big but sufficient for our stay, and it was clean. Bathroom very good. Heating worked perfectly.

The view from the room was over a roof and towards a wall and the color of the towels, were grey not white.

Quick check-in. Hotel located in a quiet area. The room was clean, it was warm, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good, you could choose (ham, cheese, yogurt, milk, cereal, hot croissants, boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, jam, fruit salad, etc. The coffee was very good.

    I liked everything.

Location 10/10 - Within walking distance of the Market and the city center. Very clean and the manager is really friendly and helpful. Brugges is quite expensive, so I do suggest taking the breakfast deal if you're on a budget. You can reach the hotel in 10 mins from the central station by taking bus 2 or on a 20-25 min walk (the city is so beautiful that I recommend this option).

The Hotel was great, with beautiful Christmas decorations all around the place. The room was beautiful with a view of the old town of Bruges. It was also pretty warm in the room during cold and rainy days outside. The breakfast was great with lots of options! Overall highly recommend and would definitely visit again on our next trip to Bruges!

There is no lift, but it is an old building, so to be expected.

A wonderful, welcoming and convenient hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and close to central Bruges - an easy 10 minute walk to everything. At Christmas the hotel, especially the dining room is decorated spectacularly - if you don’t like lots and lots of decorations everywhere, don’t go there - but for everyone else, it is absolutely beautiful. The lady who owns and runs the hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Lots of stairs - but they kept us fit!

A wonderfully friendly, family-run, comfortable hotel only 10 mins walk from the central market square in Bruges. A great selection for breakfast including a hot choice and UK teabags! Secure parking is available at a reasonable cost, only very slight downside is no lift - but several flights of stairs certainly keeps you fit! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We visited in December and the dining room Christmas decorations must be seen to be believed, amazing - but if you like minimalist decoration in the public areas, this is not the place for you - however the bedrooms are plainly decorated, clean and very comfortable.

The receptionist was never present at the check-in desk. I had looked for her without success and waited for at least ten minutes until she showed up for me to do the check out. She was on the phone the whole time, only hung up to tell me to pay the tourist tax.

Very close to the city center, very nice, cozy, clean room. I liked the fact that the heathers were working as it was getting cold and rainy outside during the nights. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and pretty safe as well. The bed is very spacious, the pillows were comfy, so I had a very nice sleep. 100% would stay there again.

    Nothing really

The hotel was in a quiet residential area that represented what you would expect from a historic city like Bruges. We were able to walk to the centre of the city within 5 minutes. We were welcomed by Katie our host who was wonderful throughout. she provided us with a history of the house/hotel and its decoration. it providing a history of her family and the city. She provided us with a city map and advice on walks, restaurants, places of interest with some added local knowledge that we had not found in our pre travel reading. Our room was a "Duplex" at the rear of the hotel that was wonderfully clean and perfect for us as a family, providing everything we needed for our relatively short time there. Breakfast was a buffet style with Katie also offering us freshly cooked omelettes if we wished. We arrived early on the first day and whilst too early to check in we were allowed to leave our bags allowing us to find our bearings without having to carry our cases round with us. Katie also allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel on the day of departure and arranged for our taxi back to the station later that day. Overall a lovely hotel and stay, capped off by a wonderful hostess. Thank you so much.

Walking up the stairs to the top floor. However, once you are in the room, you are awarded with the precious view of Brugge.

I loved the location in a quiet ‘true Brugge’ area, away from the tourist crowds and the traffic. And still less than 15 minutes walking to the Markt square. My single room was rather small, but very clean and with a gorgeous view of the skyline of Brugge.
