Nice location of the hotel with view on the harbour and easy to walk to the beach. Cosy clean room, comfy bed. Bathroom with shower a bit small but everything is there Reception was welcoming Good breakfast with a lot of choice and nice view on the harbour from the breakfast area

Very conveniently located near the train station and at the top of a shopping street, this recently renovated hotel is a great place to stay in Ostend. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms facing the main road have great views of the yacht harbour.

The walls are a little bit thin so we could hear other rooms but it only happened 1-2 times

The hotel is located in the center of the city, right at the beginning of the shopping street. There’s a lot of nice restaurants near by. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I was able to communicate with the staff very well,they were always happy to help.

The bedrooms allocated to us were very small which was ok however my mother is disabled and has a walker as an aid, which when placed in room made mobility around the bed very tight . However , I should have noted this on the booking form and we may have been able to have a larger room allocated to her . In addition the coffee pods in both rooms did not work in machines so I think they may not have been the correct capsules , again I should have mentioned this to reception so just for awareness but I have the same machine at home so not user error.

We have stayed here for many years so the renovations are lovely . Good central location near the marina and close to shops and restaurants .

My shower was leaking, so the whole bathroom and a bit of my own room was under water. I signaled it to the staff and the cleaning staff too by apologizing for the mess. I had to dry everything with the towels I had. The cleaning staff said that it was not the only room with that problem. The reception sent a handy man directly to my room and he said he couldn't do anything right away because he had to buy some stuff to repare it. All in all, it was messy BUT everyone was very helpfull. I hope they fix it soon. I had to stay in that room tho for two nights...

I had a small room on the last floor, very nicely equipped, modern looking. The coffee machine was a real nespresso machine. The hotel is located in the shopping street and on the harbor, so near a lot of restaurants and stores. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff is also very nice and so helpfull.

They don’t do dinner which was fine as there are quite a few places to eat out.

The room I stayed in had a double bed such that the head and foot of the bed were against the walls of the room. This made the room feel somewhat smaller than it was.

The staff and hotel environment were really nice. Everything was clean and tidy and welcoming. The room and facilities were comfortable and easy to use.

Super friendly staff, the room was bright and spacious, overlooking the yacht harbor. Station, shops, restaurants and bars as well as tourist hot spots and the beach are all at walking distance. Great value for money, would definitely come back.

A very nice hotel and newly refurbished. For that money and the size of the hotel it is for sure a 9. Location also very positive. Rooms were small but really nice and comfy.

price was a bit high but the overall experience made it an excellent choice for high season. The terras can use a bar or can be used better than currently - also no parking spots

the location was good - main street ending up at the beach - good for shopping while coming back from the beach. breakfast and room were excellent, staff was friendly and competent

The sink and shower pipes were quite clogged and the toilet flush not strong enough. A shelf in front of the sink would help
