Had to take breakfast in a separate location (not a big issue but not super convenient), no heating in the bathroom, very minimal body care products in the bathroom (1 very small soap for 2 people), concert in front of hotel until 1:00am so very noisy due to very central location

Location (100m from the therms de Spa), staff service (they changed our room when we complained about low temperarure in previous room), good bed, large room, large TV screen

The name (Luxury ...) is misleading, I would have given more points otherwise. It is a modest, receptionless, place. My room was OK sized for 1 person, but I cannot imagine 2 people staying there. The bed was VERY soft (I didn't get pain though). Extra shelves in the shower room would be helpful. WiFi was OK.

Overall, mixed feelings. Positives: the location is absolutely perfect, everything is clean, easy to self checkout, the staff member who checked me in was very kind and helpful, the heaters work, there are blackout curtains, several restaurants and a good bakery right next door (keep reading)

We waited 25 min outside the door of the hotel to be able to complete the check-in. Bed sheets were dirty, and there was trash under the bed when we arrived.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the beds are very comfortable and that the placement within the city is very convenient.

Worst organisation ever. No reception. It took two hours before I got in.

The bed was a little bit too soft. No hand soap and for two persons only one little showare gel. We did not complain becouse it was not really important since everything else was great

It was abit difficult to get in contact with the receptionist on the phone, however with some help from the local restaurants it worked.

The room was truly beautiful and did not seem small. Even though there was not a reception to check in at it worked quite well and the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and service minded.

It has no swimming pool as the photo's might suggest. At the time we booked the main photo was a swimming pool at, which is not part of the hotel we had to discover when we arrived. So that is deceiving. We counted on the swimming pool being there for our two children. They told us they were busy trying to change the photo, but I still don't see any change, and it's already a month later. That's the reason I write this review, to warn other people. Furthermore the reception is only remote, which is very inconvenient if you want to ask all your questions, difficult to understand and hear though the speakers. It's not a pleasant first impression on arrival. We asked for a bed for our 7 months old baby, which wasn't there at arrival. They did come later with one when we called them, which looked like a completely new one, so that was positive and really nice of them in the end. Maybe if you travel alone or as a couple you might have a different experience. In the end I guess they did their best to help us, but I have had better experiences.

The bathroom was really nice, looked just renovated and a big shower. Good location, big room with a good view on the square.

Bad hotel, no reception, no restaurant. Breakfast is to be consumed in a different hotel. Rooms are very small, very small bathroom as well. No spa or swimming pool is available as is falsely suggested on the Booking page.
