The room and bathroom were very small (I had to turn sideways to get in the shower and to apply body lotion!) There was very little soundproofing to the corridor.

The location is great. The beds were good and the room very clean. We also got free water which was a nice touch. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Heating of the room is through loud air conditioning which I turned off for the night to be able to sleep. Plus the floor was incredibly cold! A short walk through a tiny room to a bathroom to get water in the night is a nightmare. And we each booked a room with breakfast with payment on the spot, the staff did not recieve the info that through booking we booked inlcudong breakfast, which we found strange. Luckily it was no problem to buy the breakfast on the spot.

Rather small rooms. Very bad sound insulation, you can hear everything in lobby and adjusted rooms.

Super friendly and helpfull staff. Nice location, easy access and easy to find. 100m to city old part with all restaurants. There is a parking place nearby Nice room interior.

Access to the car park is rather tight if you have a big car. Our room (515) had no night stand on one side of the beds, so I had to leave my glasses on the floor. There was also a little noise from the heating system and bathroom fan which seemed to stay on continuously.

Bed was very comfy, and nice breakfast. Man at reception was friendly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring the old town centre. Heating is by heat pump so energy efficient. Quiet location with no traffic noise. Our room was high up and at the back, so other rooms may be different.

the parking entrance is way too small. Only accessible for small city cars. I got a dent in the door from trying to exit.

The staff was super friendly and very efficient at check in. I had my key card and was in my room in no time. The room was small, but it had everything I needed. I slept well. The bed was comfy enough.

Location very close to the heart of Leuven, on walking distance from the Grote and Oude Markt, lots of bars and restaurants around. Parking on site (16Euro/night), breakfast with everything one wants for a breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit basic and the shower drain was not draining well.

Nice hotel on the edge of the city centre. All kinds of interesting landmarks and shiopping and restaurants are all within a comfortable walking distance. It is a basic and affordable hotel that is perfect for a short stay. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, especially at the front desk and in the bar.

- Room was very basic and small and especially the bathroom was a tight squeeze. - No standard coffee/tea facilities (though you could get a water boiler at reception). - Quite a lot of noise from hallway and rooms above you.

+ Location is great! + Parking garage (paid) next to hotel. + The included breakfast was decent and varied (option to make fresh orange juice and very fresh croissants).
