I was missing an electric kettle from my room to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Hotel is located in a very nice green area of Brussels with good public transport to the Centre (tram and metro 5). Staff (owners) were very nice and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean, and although the furniture are a bit old, the bed has very good mattress. I stayed in a Junior suite.

The carpet was probably clean but did not look like, and there are two built in bedside table that make it very difficult to plug your phone next to the bed. I had to move some furniture at the entrance to find a suitable socket. I have not even checked the wifi as a guest I know told me it was not working and I did not need it anyway. I believe it is slightly overpriced.

The location was perfect for an event I was attending, the hotel is charming, though if you want to visit central Bruxelles it is a bit far out. The staff was exceptional, that kind of genuine politeness and friendliness that you would always want from a Hotel. The room was not very big but fairly comfortable, the shower was great.

We had a shared porch, and unfortunately the guests next door spent most of the first night smoking by our window. Not the establishment’s fault, but annoying that other guests were so inconsiderate. (Luckily, they left that first night.)

Lovely family-run hotel. Hotel was run by a very sweet Indian family who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Also love that the hotel was pet friendly and has a low nightly pet fee. Also, conveniently located on the 8 tram line, which allowed us to enjoy all our favorite places in residential Brussels.

AC is not working properly,so we need to keep our windows open at night. But due to this lot of noise comes as it's next to road and street light throughout the night.

Location is near to tram/bus, hotel have a nice restaurant in it, Food is really great. Breakfast is also good. Parking is available. Staff is really helpful and kind.

The breakfast wasn't very nice. Just some "not fresh" brioches fruit and bad coffee. The room wasn't clean. It was dusty, and the bathroom had problems (broken tiles, and hot water not working nicely).

The Wi-Fi. Even though they had “wifi” it wasn’t working at all and kept disconnecting. It’s a shame because I was there for a conference and couldn’t use it at all. The solution is also simple and I think they simply need a new router.

The hotel is old and looks like a family-run hotel, which I liked. The room was clean and was being cleaned everyday. The location is good if you’re interested in the area (the forest) or here for work (e.g. conference nearby). There’s a nice Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. You can get by on the bus (bus stop exactly outside the hotel) or by the tram (tram stop is across the road from the hotel.

Everything was manageable, nothing to complain about.

Location-wise, it is a little off the beaten path. Make sure you use public transport. The room was small and a bit cold upon arrival, so I turned up the heating quickly. The bathroom is common for all on the floor, but during my visit, it was private. Breakfast was simple and a bit limited, but just fine. The attached indian restaurant was pretty good, though prepare for 2 hours to be done with the dinner. Service was friendly and on point.

To enter the hotel part you need to ring the doorbell, it feels a little awkward and I'd personally prefer my own key for this. The room was very hot, this was due to the weather but it's quite difficult to cool the room down again. They advertise free private parking but unfortunately it was only available during the evening and on the street, during the day you'll either get a fine or have to change your parking disc every few hours.

The building is very beautiful, though this is a matter of personal taste, the interior is very nice and the room clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was nice and even though we left early it wasn't due to the hotel. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it did smell good.
