The mattresses are very soft, too soft if you are not feather weight. Even rooms advertized as large are in fact average. Decor a bit bare-bones, but still ok. Nice effects with light and stone walls. For restaurant and breakfast see the Like part. There is light and shadow. Should the weather be bad (it partly was, when we were there), there is not much room to roam inside the hotel. You are more or less confined to your room. Attention RAVEL (Réseau Autnonome de Voies Lentes)-lovers. The route is on the other side of the river, you need to go way down and up the côte de Wanne again. See the Like part :) You probably want to avoid the skiing area if you like nature and are not there in winter. Or, OTOH you might want to go there if you have kids - lots of activities seem to be going on, though everything was still closed early June. Better check the internet first.

Very nice location in small village on top of the hill. Close to good views in all directions. Hiking paths start almost at the hotel. Very friendly owner. Nice buildings, modern and clean rooms. Breakfast ok, but nothing outstanding. Good jam and bad tea, if you are a tea drinker (Lipton yellow label). Outside seating when the weather is good. Restaurant with very good food, but only one affordable menu with limited choice. So you don't want to eat there every evening. Also don't bring your teens, food quantity is a bit limited. And bring a lot of patience, we waited in all 2 hours - even with elder kids this is difficult. Hotel just on top of the famous côte de Wanne, part of Liège-Bastogne. 15%, Just give it a try :)

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing in the neighbourhood. Bad and difficult roads. No fridge in the room and the nearest shop is 6 km away. I got a wrong main course at the dinner and they did not react to complaints. The waitress just run away. Very, very embarrashing.

Overall very good breakfast lacks wholegrain bread.

Very quiet location in a quaint little village. Excellent base for a weekend of road race cycling. Friendly staff. Large room. Very good restaurant. We will definitely return.

Very small village with no bar or other facilities in the direct walking distance.

Hotel also runs an excellent restaurant. Really good at reasonable prices. Modern and well equipped rooms. Perfect place if you want want to go cycling in the Ardennes.

The food was fabulous. Dinner was one of the best ever had. The owners make a perfect front of house and chef combination.

The only negative was having to leave!

Our room was very comfortable and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was very fresh and tasty and beautifully presented. We enjoyed sipping appertifs in the garden after exploring the surrounding countryside and villages and before eating a superb dinner.

It was a charming hotel to visit the Ardennes. It seems like a family owned hotel with very nice service and attentive. Rooms were with all comodities, internet worked well in the room and common areas. Tempersture was ideal considering the weather outside. Breakfast included a variety of products, everything delicious. They also have a restaurant that seemed to have a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately we had other plans and couldnt taste it
