Poor breakfast. Small room with, in my case, a tiny double bed even though I had booked a twin room.

Great location, nice atmosphere in the restaurant/bar/lobby.

The only problem of the hotel is the room number 3 and we think a couple of others which are on the main road side. The noise is TERRIBLE and you simply can not sleep with open windows. There were 30 degrees this week end, so we had a terrible night

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. the staff is polity. breakfast is also good with fresh products

Nice little getaway for a modern feel in the center of a historic town

    • Double Room
    • Stayed 1 night

The only minor thing was that the lighting in the room was a bit dark, which made it difficult to see sometimes. Also, don't think there was air conditioning, and we were there on a very hot day, so it was uncomfortable trying to sleep at night--however, I know hot temperatures are usually rare in Belgium, so this is not a deal breaker.

The hotel is easy to find and very well kept. It has a modern feel, which is nice, and it was very clean. Loved the restaurant--had lunch there on the day of our arrival, as well as breakfast the next day. The food was well done, and cooked to order. Also, the outdoor seating area was very inviting, and it was enjoyable to sit with views of the town center and people watch. The hotel staff for the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful--very good service all around. The beds in the rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and the shower head pressure was great. Parking was located just a short walk away. This hotel is close to everything in town--other restaurants and lots of cute little artisan shops, as well as the wonderful topiary, which was fun to explore.

The window did not open to a nice scenery. It was in fact on top of a kitchen and one could smell some odor in the room when opened the window.

The room was very gorgeous, good interior design, and the staff was friendly.

No elevator. We would have preferred more light in the room. Shower cabin door was broken.

Great location. Close to public parking. Flexibel with late check in. Clean and modern room. Coffee maker in the room. We paid €65 + city tax. Good value.

Perfect for bike riding in the Ardennes!

The only negative point was the lack of wifi, as we were not able to access the hotel wifi throughout our stay, due to problems with the reception. There is only one cash machine in the town which was unfortunately out of order for the entire time we were there (3 days) and the nearest one was in the next town, so this was quite inconvenient - suggestion would be to ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, just in case!

Wonderful hotel and a perfect location for a long weekend away, especially for bike riding in the local forests. Hotel is situated in the middle of town and lovely views over the old part of the town and the main square. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided helpful advice. Lovely breakfast with fresh ingredients every day, though offering cappucino would be a nice option to the filtered coffee which was offered.

Our room had a window on the street with noisy terrace of the neighboring thee room, where the owner leaves his client singing and laughing loud till 2 or more in the night. Pity. Cars passing in the night quite noisy as well. Maybe due to week end?

Nice hotel. Well situated in terms of view, and dining possibilities.

Durbuy is changing more and more and losing some of its original charm. Finding a reasonable parking space is getting very difficult. Parking in Durbuy overall is extremely expensive and very insecure. Our car got broken into in the parking along the river and the police assured us that this happens frequently. The parking is rather remote from town and there is no camera system in operation. This parking however is promoted and also advertises the free shuttle bus leaving from a central point on the far end of the parking.
