This apartment was so amazing!! It was so spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The balcony had amazing views of the rooftops and the location can't be beat. You're literally in the heart of old town with all the best attractions less than a 10 minute walk from your doorstep. The owner was so nice and responded very quickly to any questions we had. He even advised us where we could park when we arrived which made the walk from the garage to the apartment super easy. If I ever find myself in Brugge again, I hope this property will still be available. We had a great stay!

The tiny beds. No bath plug. No info inside on wifi or how to use heating etc. The stairs up are extremely small and steep but there is a door to close them off from the house to allow some piece of mind if you have small children.

Location was great, and was surprisingly easy to access by car to drop off bags before parking (so long as you drive in before 1pm - after 1pm you are not able to drive into the town). The early check in our host allowed us helped us achieve this. The apartment itself is warm, spacious and cosy. The host is available nearby. Both washing machine and a dryer was available to use. Water and a Belgian Beer was a nice touch.

Not really only gripe would be the single beds and double.

The entrance and stairs are narrow and it's hard to carry the luggage up. The elderly might need to unpack on the first storey and only bring the necessities up to the rooms and toilets.

The apartment is very clean and spacious, there is 1 shower but 2 toilets. The room is very cosy, beds are narrow but very comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped but no toaster. Apartment is located at a quiet corner, but it is few mins away from the Markt Square and the chocolatiers. It takes around 16 mins to walk to the Brugge train station. There is a lovely attic on the 3rd storey together with the kitchen, and we were dining with a wonderful view. Overall, it was a really memorable stay. Communication with the host was fuss free and prompt, everything was well taken care of.

No air-conditioned or fan. So by the time we were there couldn’t sleep well. Mosquitos caused difficulty sleeping.

Location is right in center. Space , kitchen facility is great.

The construction site next door should have been mentioned at the booking stage The beds were small but slightly bigger than the bases, it made the mattresses unstable, not conducive to a good night’s sleep Mosquitoes became a nuisance & we only found the plug in device too late. A warning would have been helpful

The correspondence from the owner regarding the code to get into the apartment definitely could be communicated much better. We arrived in the evening which had been agreed, we emailed on route to Bruges as requested but no-one was there to meet us. After several frustrating phone calls/emails both attempted to the owner and booking.com the owner eventually rang me to give me the code to enter. It would have been much better to get the code a couple of days before when the balance was paid in full and could no longer be cancelled. We were tired and cold after our journey and this could all have been avoided. That said once we got in the apartment was really great.

The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the centre of Bruges but still so quiet just off one of the squares. The apartment also had a balcony with table and chairs and great views which was a great place to relax after a day’s sightseeing. The Tapas restaurant next door was very good. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Bruges.

Dealing with the host was a bit difficult. The info about the property and facilities was not correct. We have agreed to check in at 3pm but code was sent 15 min after , why ? Surely it would work much better if the host sends the code earlier? ! No hairdryer! TV was not working! There was no welcome / info pack. We didn't feel safe inside the property at night as there are no keys and the door can't be locked. It would have been very nice to have few more coffee pods ,maybe 1 pod per person per night ? Also there is loads of steep and narrow stairs , so maybe not suitable for children and elderly people.

We absolutely loved the location! The apartment was clean and the terrace has some lovely views.

For some reason, we were unable to adjust the AC for the bedroom floor.

Location is excellent. Also, the apartment is very clean, we enjoyed the balcony very much!
