This charming hotel close to the beach has a very friendly staff. It offers a clean bed, a clean bathroom and a tasty breakfast buffet in the morning. Recommended if you plan a trip to the beach.

The room was very small and needs to be done up more fashionable, it's very old looking. It had lino on the floor.

It was in the middle of the city . Beach and shops beside us and restaurants. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped me a lot when i needed advice.

Due to the fact that there was low occupancy, the breakfast even though good taste, was very small, not much choice and served in the end of a corridor, with the food being on the bookshelves literally. The bed was suuuuuper soft too 😀

Staff at check in and staff for breakfast very nice!!! It was calm and good value for money. It has all you need in the room. I would have like maybe a small bottle of water or a message informing we can (or cannot) drink water from the tap.

Poor room ventilation, wider opening window and/or fan might help. Toilet space crowded with towel rack and toilet paper dispenser: move these someplace else. Fat people can hardly fit.

I would consider starting renovations as soon as possible, as the rooms are ageing and this translates into some things being broken or on the verge of being broken. WIFI didn't quite work.

Located in the heart of Oostende, this hotel is a has quite a bit of charm of the old days (art-deco dining room and many original details in the public spaces). Interiors of the rooms are a little bit more modern, albeit the age starts showing. The room was, however, clean and tidy. The owner/manager was very nice and offered an option to check in later than originally planned. She also offered guidance around the town, and was overall super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and set us up for the day rather well,

There are lots of noisy tourists around and in summer you can hear them through the open window. But I was there during the weekend.

Small family hotel close to the beach. Fine atmosphere and very kind staff. The hotel is in the centre of everything in the city. Many restaurants and bars are around, also markets and fireworks.

Nothing. Everything was great. The toilet is a little close to the wall, but nothing to spoil it.

Another great visit to Ostend and stay at the Louisa. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room facilities were great for our needs and budget. The room was spacious and bathroom large. The breakfast which was included with our package was a buffet with a plentiful choice and amount. The staff were again helpful, polite and happy. The location is great - just a short walk from the seafront and main square. This is our go to choice of hotel for our visits to Ostend and will remain so on the strength of this stay.
