Not clean. My room was ok but Toilets wee quite dirty. No Exaust Fan in toilet. Mosquitos in the toilet and room. Bad smell in the building and in the room as well. No drinking water facility and they told me to fill bottle from the toilet. I wanted cold water due to heat but it was not available. I spent money everyday to buy water from outside. Very small fan was provided and that wasn't enough to bear heat. There was only one socket available where I can either charge my phone laptop or run the fan.

This is a very tired, shabby hotel - but you get what you pay for. My first room had a rip in the curtain, a toilet that didn't flush and no hot water. I was moved to a better room without complaint.

The place it is to old, bad is not comfy and it was very dirty. I was going to leave my second night but I asked to change room because carpet was dirty with stains and cigaret burns as well as bed shits.

Only thing I liked was that it was close to the center and there are plenty restaurants and shops around. It is safe location even at night time

Bed were clean but all other infrastructures not at all. Carpets all very old and with rest of past problems. Old TV without remote control. Breakfast: it should be adequately done according to the price. After too many years traveling to Brussels, my worst experience at all.

I didn't expect much from this hotel to start with, yet the experience was far worse than anything I imagined. Given the reviews I was expecting it not to be spotless clean, but I would have never imagined it to be this dirty. Carpet covered in spots, everything very dusty, including the bed covers. I think only the bed sheets were laundered by the smell of it. The light switches were super dirty. I didn't need the WiFi because I have my own connection, so I didn't mind that it doesn't work in the rooms. What bothered me was that the room only has one power plug, so you can't charge multiple devices and the tv is connected to the same plug so you have to unplug the tv if you want to use the plug. I don't watch tv, so I didn't care about this detail, but it might bother others. Also, a lot of hair everywhere and some furniture in the room was broken, like literally torn apart which I think should be definitely removed from the room if not replaced. The terrace was nice. There is no air condition in the rooms and it is very hot but bearable if you leave the terrace door open. I understand accomodation prices in Brussels are high, but I still think that even if it is a cheap hotel, for 70 plus euros a night a guest deserves at least basic hygienic conditions and more than one power plug.

The location is great, very central and right next to a metro station. Also, the staff is really nice.

When booking, the hotel add stated it had wifi. This was not true as you can only have wifi at the reception. There is no wifi at the rooms, which is quite challenging if you are on a business trip and need to do some work. Breakfast was very minimalist and in my opinion did not provided the necessary for someone to feel satisfied, so I always felt the need to have a second breakfast outside. The room was not very clean and you could tell that because of the dust, rust, and even stains on the bed. I decided not to shower while I was there because the water system was so low.

The hotel was very close to the metro station. It was also surrounded by restaurants.
