Nice location close both to the central station and the city center. We had a quiet room. The tea kettle in the room was a nice touch. The staff was wonderful - we asked for 2 separate blankets (instead of one big one) and they responded immediately.

A little fridge in the room would have been great, and the breakfast was a little bit expensive for what it was, but overall a great stay.

Location was excellent, a market across the road on Saturdays. Bed was really comfy and the hotel is lovely. Really well decorated and the staff are great. Happy to store a suitcase before we checked in too so that was great.

The light in the bathroom goes off quite often when showering but this is a very minor thing.

Loved how quiet and clean the hotel is and also how close it was to the city centre. Would stay here again! The breakfast is great too.

Shower water temperature was not stable, often went burning hot randomly, this was unpleasant. Room was shaking a lot in the morning.

In the main it was very very good. We personally did not like that kind of pillows, and the shower tray took a while to drain. But we did not think that this was significant enough issues to raise. Overall, a lovely experience.

The visitors in the next room were a bit heavy handed with doors and moving about their room late in the evening, and the sound travelled a fair bit (to be fair the weather on the last night was horrid, so more people had remained in their rooms). It did not spoilt our stay - it was just unfortunate that we needed to be up early and found it tricky to get to sleep.

Really welcoming, friendly and helpful team - wonderful continental breakfast! Very cosy room with useful amenities. Parking is great when you want to go exploring the wider area but the hotel is in an ideal location to explore Bruges on foot.

The hotel was in a great location only a short walk to the Christmas markets and not too far from the train station, about a 20 minute walk. The rooms were large, clean and tidy. The continental breakfast had enough choice and was as expected. I would definitely use the hotel again when visiting Bruges.

The shower was small and not at all powerful, more of a dribble. it was hot - almost too hot, you had to be careful to set it just right. The wifi was also abysmal - at times it was difficult even to look up a map or a train time.

The location was excellent - 15mins walk from the station, 10mins from the main square and next to sweet little street to get breakfast baked goods if you chose not to have the hotel breakfast. the room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing major but we requested a room next to each other 9 months ago when we booked but they could not accommodate this request. Toiletries were very minimal so take your own. Our friends room was lovely and spacious but ours was on the top floor in the roof so was very small. However, I would still recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Easy to book online. Lovely clean room with comfortable bed. Good standard breakfast and service. Good heating in room and nice hot shower. Exceptionally clean bedding and towels. Ideal location for shops, resturants, parking and the Christmas markets. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
