Great location and parking opportunity , quiet street, ideal for a long weekend, BUT zero noise cancelling in the room

We had a room on the ground floor and it was very noisy on one of the nights: a toddler was hysterically crying, then there was so much going on around the reception until 10 pm (the reception closes at 10) then guests arrived after midnight both woke up for their car (since the room was facing the parking lot) and also when they went to their room. There is zero noise cancelling you can literally hear every single word that is being said outside the room within the building.

The location was excellent, it is in a quiet street near to the city centre. It is very walkable, close enough to the main square but quiet enough not hear the noise from outside. The staff was very nice and there is a possibility to park your car for 20€ a night next to the hotel. The breakfast was good in terms of a 3 start hotel & very hygienic.

The noise from the hallway could be heard in my room.

Location was excellent, as all the main sights were reachable walking distance. Special shoutout to one of the staff-members, Balthasar who helped with insider suggestions for exploring the city's nightlife!

The bathroom was incredibly small and not clean. The shower and the floor really needed to be cleaner. Given the size of the room and the bathroom, we feel your prices are too high in comparison to other nearby hotels.

The mattress was very used as it had a "hole", I paid more to have canal view and it was really disappointing (Small windows and very low), Very few vegan options on the breakfast. Should have more fruit variety, plant based yogurt, vegetal butter.

Great Location, Beautiful Decoration, good price and awesome, super helpful staff.

A gorgeous building with welcoming friendly staff super close to the beautiful city centre.

It probably isn't much to do with the hotel - There was a power outage on the street when we arrived at 1am and no one was available to give us access to the building where there was a key left as arranged on reception - Because of the power outage a member of the hotel staff arrived and gave access but i'm not sure what would of happened otherwise. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room although there were facilities available in the lovely social spaces downstairs anyway, but these close after 10pm.

This is a beautiful building in general, it feels special and the staff make you extremely welcome and comfortable. We had to delay our arrival due to passport issues and the hotel had been excellent communicators throughout. There are beautiful social spaces for games/tea/relaxing between our walks into the very close gorgeous city centre. We parked for free using street parking just 10 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant in terms of quality of food/drinks, the rooms and facilities and the staff. We came to really love our stay here.
