Location

The mattress was flat out awful. Very uncomfortable for a side sleeper. The windows didn't keep out much noise from the traffic. It was very noisy at night with loud cars and motorcycles speeding by a half a block away. As a result I didn't get very good sleep for the 2 nights I was there. The room was small but worked fine for one person.

The location is very close to all the attractions which was both good and bad. Good in the sense that everything was steps from the hotel. Not so great in the sense that it was near a busy street that was very noisy, especially at night. The property was clean and the breakfast was good quality with good variety.

The beds were quite firm and the rooms were in desperate need of a refresh. The floor tile in several areas of the room were damaged.

The smell in the lobby, there was a parfum dispenser with a very strong scense.

Location for us was the big plus. Also good breakfast.

WIFI was extremely slow 30% of the time, hindering work on laptop

The pictures online looked nothing like the rooms. The rooms were very outdated and old. Bed was super uncomfortable and not supportive. Lighting in the bathroom and room was very dim and hard to see anything when getting ready.

The location was amazing and the staff were very accommodating.

Furniture in the rooms needs updating

Location (5mins walk from central square )staff were very friendly- especially Bianca in reception. Parking on site was a bonus.

The heat in the room was not that I would like

It was great with plenty of choices.

The lack of mirrors in the main bedroom and lighting, some women like to put make up on and I had to use a hand mirror and my phone light to be able to see what I was doing. The screen between the bathroom and bedroom is very unnecessary and it wakes whoever is in bed up if someone goes to the toilet at night and turns the light on. The TV is in French which is fine but would be good if there was an option to log into personal subscriptions. We also found quite a lot black mould behind the curtains. Rm 703.

The location of the hotel is spot on! 5 minute walk from Central Station which has local connections all over the city and 5 minutes from local pubs, bars and the Grand Palace. The room was big enough for us both and we slept very well. Ample wardrobe space for us both to fully unpack and the bed was very large and comfortable.

We struggled with the heat and mini bar didn’t cool so we lost about $30 in groceries even after maintenance came to look at it. Street was very busy and loud even at night, bring earplugs.

We had twin beds which is what we paid for. Clean overall especially the bathroom. Close proximity to sights and restaurants.

Perfect location. Nice room and breakfast. Staff helpful and firendly.

Really appreciated the staff as well as the location of the hotel. One of the best breakfast offers in long time. I always like when hotels pay attention to detail, little sweets available at the reception, Easter decorations, some vouchers to get free drinks etc. and it this hotel you have it all.

Breakfast selection was great! Proximity to central station and to Grand place was great. I also loved that they had a drive for opting to not have the room cleaned for those who chose to and were staying more than a night, you would get a voucher for a drink from the mini bar.

The perfume that is sprayed in the air was overpowering at times.

My friend had his room without breakfast included ( he thought it was included) sat for breakfast and then was charged 24 euro..way way way overpriced

The shower wasn’t the best, but overall ok since we were there only for a couple of days.

The location was ideal if you want to walk around the city, see the main attractions and very close to the Market Square and close to the central station too.

Breakfast both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian are kept in same POT. Left side - Veg like beans / right side - Non-veg - like meat. They may keep only veg in one pot and Non-veg in another, its difficult for Pure Vegetarian, limiting options

Location is prime, more of business hotel, since no further amenities, except wifi and breakfast Rooms look to be small; centrally heated, with bath tub, Bathing without tub, with shower is difficult

Some pieces of equipment were a bit old (phone, aircon [noisy]) or not working (the ventilation system in the bathroom).

Location is perfect, staff is nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room had mould growing on window sills and not clean
