We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI came by train to the Diegem station. The hotel is right across the street from the station. I did finally learn from the website (not from the hotel confirmation) of this location. Several e-mails to the property asking for arrival information went unanswered.
The location is good for air travelers to and from Brussels and probably for business meetings. It is not a location for sightseeing. The staff was very helpful when I ordered a meal that I took to my room.

ThailandWe had an early flight so we chose to stay in this hotel. We can book a free shuttle (in our case it's a taxi) to go to the airport in early morning (5.30 AM) The room was good. The bed was comfy. Travel to the hotel is easy via a train. Right outside Diegem train station.

Canadathe shower has only 1panel, and when I took the shower, the water were everywhere in the wash room. Hotel has a restaurant on site, but there was not much choices.
Generally the hotel meets our needs. The bed is large and comfortable, wash room is spacious too.

"Secured" and expensive underground parking - but then ALL open ajar, barriers to and from the street open both ways, open access for anyone from outside. Very unsafe. Reception staff disinterested and self-oriented. No "thank you", no "good morning" , no eye contact, etc. EXCEPT for ONE tall young man, who started work there in July 2023, helpful and friendly.
Good air con, bathroom. Clean. Quiet rooms. Away from noise location.

United States of AmericaThe water from the shower flowed out into the room - poor design/lack of barrier. The hotel advertises a free shuttle to the airport, but the sign at the airport indicated that it ran just every hour, and I would have had to wait 50 minutes for it. Perhaps I should have called the hotel to request the shuttle, but there was no number for that. In the end I walked - interesting, but twists and turns through some poorly-lit areas, and takes about half an hour or so. I missed the 7:30 a.m. morning shuttle to the airport because it was a taxi, which I saw at the front door, but didn't realize was the shuttle; this was poorly communicated.
Breakfast was really excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

Rooms are very spacious, across the Diegem train station, staff very nice, quick check-in, close to the airport, shuttle service. Breakfast is nice as well. Coffee machine in the room. There is small minimarket in the lobby to buy snacks, drinks and sandwiches.
