parking slot is just a place on the nearest street for 3,60 euro for day (you pay at parking automat), we were afraid to leave a car for 2 days but all was good. NO air conditioner in our room, only fan, and in summer it is not good, no refrigerator in room

location is ok, there is a construction works in front of the hotel and in the neighbourhood but at the same time it takes 5 min walk to the MAS museum and marina territory next to the museum which is nice. Room and bathroom normal size, everything was ok

Surrounded by multiple building sites, area has a bad atmosphere, receptionists ignored us - arguing amongst themselves as we waited to check in, filthy, smells awful, broken/low quality bed, double bed isn't actually held together so you fall through the gap, broken light fittings, no air con, poor cable TV, can't get any snacks or room service as there is no night receptionist/staff - I even asked about the night reception and got a indignant "you can just buzz in with your room card, it isn't a hostel" - they were right, it is much worse than a hostel - overpriced trash

Main reasons for me to stay there was because it was easy to reach by car and parking was cheap, yet close enough to the center. Walk into the city center was okay, about 20 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and it was quiet at night. Currently there’s some building going on the other side of the street so the area isn’t looking that glam ; )

Rm104, no view as window onto courtyard so limited daylight. Used to be free parking outside, but with upgrading of area, now there is a reasonable daily charge. Roadworks in area disrupts traffic flow.

Located in an interesting historical maritime area. Friendly staff, convenient location for walking to city centre, good sized room with bath, coffee facilities, pleasant décor. Hotel does not have own restaurant but there are lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

The check in procedure was painful, slow and confusing. The breakfast was a rip off at 15 euros. The check out procedure was also extended by the staff at the desk: all seemed very over complicated and when I asked for a paper receipt the guy was far more interested in telling me I had already had one rather than assist by just printing off a copy.

The hotel is a bit "old school". The whole neighbourhood is at work, huge building site right in front of the hotel. Very noisy even on a saturday morning. No parking spots nearby, hard to park with the works all around. A bit far from the center but close to the highway though. The whole city is so destructured with the works, it's quite hard to circulate with a car...

The receptionnist was very kind. She really tried to help.

The building outside can be offputting (but they were considerate). Finding the hotel and parking the car was difficult in view of the regeneration of the Docklands area. The parking though is very cheap by UK standards.

The location is quite far from the city centre and if you carry with luggage it will be very tired because the whole journey from train station to hotel is take around half and hour walk. and the public transport is not direct to the hotel and also not direct from the train station, you need to walk around 7 to 8 min to take a bus and the bus also will stop at 7-8 min away walks from the hotel. But if you are travelling without a lot of luggage this hotel will be a good choice for you as you can use the bike to travel around.

i like there got a Velo bike rental station near the hotel, and it is very connivence for me travel to city centre anytime. And the fare for rental a bike is juts 4 Euro per 24 hour.

There are construction activities in the neighborhood, so when coming by car, it can be a bit of a challenge to know where to turn. The city of Antwerp could certainly improve the way they indicate alternative routes. However, when I give the staff a phone call and they'll helped me out greatly.

For a small room we felt there was too much small furniture to allow free movement with luggage. The synthetic duvet was way too thick for the time of year. The property is in the middle of a massive building site. We were there on a weekend so didn't suffer from builders noise but the fact that the hotel provided earplugs was quite telling. Wouldn't go there on a weekday for a while ...

I travel a lot, and this must have been the very first time I had a hotel without airco. There was no room service because of staff shortage. A secure car park or vallet service would be nice.

The front desk attendant was very friendly, and proactive at assisting us to make our stay pleasant. We were upgraded to a large comfortable 2 room suite as the standard rooms were sold out. He gave us good advice for finding a dinner place, and nearby points of interest in the morning. We were granted the full breakfast at the "take away" rate. The hotel is located at the new Antwer hot spot "Eilandje", which is easy to reach via the West ring road. This area surrounded by the old Antwerp docks features the imposing MAS museum, plenty of eating places for all budgets, art galleries etc. We had a wonderful stay 😀.
