Hotel had a real luxury feel, at a reasonable price. Good location, near all the main tourist spots, good bars and restaurants. Rooms were immaculate, and breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice.

The check in was very slow… …. The receptionist though very pleasant appeared to be new and did not have anyone to refer to when unable to answer questions. We would have liked to have a pre dinner drink at the bar, but no one answered the bell or came to serve us. Although we returned to the bar later before closing it was all shut up. This created a satellite feeling for our stay as we did not feel any of the communal areas, although inviting on a decor basis, were being used for congregational purposes.

Car parking space, room, location were all up to expectations, the photos fitted the reality, we were pleased.

The room was well appointed and very clean. An upholstered chair and a desk with a desk chair. In room coffee and a bottle of water awaited us. The bed was very comfortable and we had a small balcony above the street. We had a seperate powder room from the bathroom which was nice. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, bath gell, bar soap, and lotion and both a shower and a tub. The breakfast was tremendous. Fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, and an array of meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit.

Bath was slippery - put a rubber mat in before you are sued. No iron.. why not? Square pillows are a weird Belgian habit and any man with a larger head wakes up 15 times a night falling off them.

Nothing. Little more information about car parking locations would have helped as we ended up in an underground car park further away than we would have liked. May have been our fault as a fairly last minute booking and didn’t have the chance to research.

The room, bed and the wonderful chandelier. And a full sized bath. The spa and well-being rooms was a fabulous birthday treat. Reception staff were lovely. I enjoyed it was adults only with a wide range of ages and nationalities. Breakfast was amazing and I can’t imagine anyone not finding something they didn’t like.Huge choice of foods and drinks. The swivel chairs in the reception rooms were so comfortable and tactile while we had a bed time tipple chatting to other guests. Location was great and near to centre attractions.

We stayed for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast choice fantastic. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The were only two things that were a little underwhelming. The fact, that the showers had super low water pressure and the water took a couple of minutes tilll it was even a little warm. And parking spots from the hotel are very very limited. We had to park in a parking garage. The garage was only roughly 400 meters far away, but it did cost us around 70€ extra for a 4 days stay.

The rooms were very tidy and very comfortable. The interior was very pleasing to look at as well. A good feature was, that the air conditioning was working also, when you left the room. The breakfast had plenty of options and we never had to wait in a huge line or something like this. It just takes a couple of minutes by foot from the hotel to the city centre of Brugge.

The hotel was fabulous! We had a lovely corner room. The breakfast was an amazing spread of all sorts of options. The location was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay at Dukes Arches again if we find ourselves back in Bruges.

Nothing, it was perfect for a night trip.

The hotel is superb and ideally located! We could park the car at the Alfapark which is 5-7 min walk from the hotel. Very easy.

This was my 3rd stay, the location is excellent for seeing everything Brugge has to offer. the beds are super comfortable, amazing staff and the best breakfast I have had during my 2 months in Europe. I stayed 10 days and wish I could have stayed longer

The room they gave us was twin bed room and we wanted double bed but then the staff made that twin bed as double bed which was a bit uncomfortable but manageable.

Best thing about this property is the location it is 2 min walk from the main square and all the famous spots are on walking distance, room was decent and we really liked the hotel building and interior as it is a historical building. Well maintained, good staff.
