Checking took forever due to a constant stream of 30 people in the queue. Immediate area not the best in Brussels. Only one pillow and no glasses. Guests clearly stealing large quantities of breakfast items to have later in the day and leaving the containers empty.

The neighborhood while clean it didn't offer much in the way of entertainment since they are a business one and also their cleaning service while I understand the idea of it , I much preferred the regular one.

The room were spacious and clean and the was a snack bar in case you wanted to buy something, while it had a good location close to the train station. And while I had some issues with Check-in they were easily fixed by the staff.

Room was a good size and the bed was comfy. No air conditioning but the big fan provided worked great. The location was pretty convenient and most places we wanted to go were walking distance.

You need to book the cleaning room service within 23 of the day before. One day we came back later so we ask to the reception if it was possible to clean the room anyway. She told that was not possible (I don't understand way). We booked the day after on time, the cleaning service came, but just changed towels, the room was a messy.

Location is good - close to the train station and not far frim the downtown. Before our arrival I asked for a calm room - got it.

No glasses in the room (yet there was a kettle), asked in the reception said they don’t have any in the entire hotel. Parking is for extra charge We were given smaĺ hand towels only, they had no big towels.

Check in process was a little slow. There was always a line and never more than 2 receptionists, who often needed to help each other.

Quiet and comfortable room. Nice bar and lobby area. Storage area for luggage before check in and after check out. Immediate response to report of broken shower. Well located; 3 minutes from Flixbus stop and 7 minutes to Brussel Nord. Friendly staff.

We paid more for the accommodation, and the advertisement was misleading. We expected it to be a hotel, not a hostel.

It was good, but it didn't meet our expectations. Our room lacked air conditioning.

During our check-in, the girl at the reception didn't give us any information. Just gave us cards to the room, and that's it. Next morning we found out that we need the qr code for having breakfast so we had to go to the reception again.
