The walls are very thin and the other guests were very loud listened to music and talked loudly until morning which made it impossible to rest. We messaged the hotel staff to ask the other guest to keep the rules. The room was not very tidy and the bathroom was very cold as it did not have a heating system.

It was easy to find the hotel as there is a bus stop right in front of it from the Central station.

Kitchen extremely dirty. Random very old cutlery knifes glasses. I preferred to eat on paper plates with my own cutlery, fridges literally was 30-40 years old. Dirty teapot. Bathroom more or less clean. Dirty floors in the apartments. Stairs in the building literally sticky from very long time lack of cleaning. Apartments have random doors not always fit to the frame extremely easy to break without the key as the door “flying” with any blow of the air. Mattresses klein. Bed shits clean. But what surprises me the most, are furniture . Random two old chairs random table. Generally everything. Like brought from the Facebook market from the offers “take for free”. No any night lamp. Only one bulb on the ceiling. Dear Menager, I can understand all: old building bla bla bla…. But I completely can not understand how you can have such dirty apartments, your cleaning stud is lazy. They only charge the bed shits. In the kitchen in the upper cabinet lower part is all in configure at least from last year. Tones of dust everywhere. Dirty cabinet in tje hole, on tje top of it dust looks like puffy cotton pads size pieces, and variety of old bottles dusty papers old abondonates video camera. Going out from.teh floor you see it . The cleaning staff has inside of this closet fresh shits which are mixed with dirty cleaning wipes mops and buckets.. How I know it? This closet remember 70’ most time is openly opened. I don’t know how this clesnog ladies can work with which high ignorance to dirtiness, But let’s be honest no one care about this flats, you are targeted on maximum incomes knowing that tourist wi never go back to you. I must say pictures on booking come are “nicely taken” . Honestly I never ever seen such a dirty building where all cleaning stuff had to be carefully selected only form people who rises in dirty home and maby for them is normal. But first person who is responsible for it is menager who i am more than sure never check facilities and cleaning

The furnishings in the apartment are quite old and in poor condition, with small pieces of leather flaking off and sticking to clothing. The bathroom has a strong unpleasant odor, and the pillows and covers are stained. The child described the walk-up to the apartment as resembling a haunted hotel. Overall, the quality of the apartment is poor and it is not recommended. The photographs used to advertise the apartment do not accurately represent the actual furnishings.

The room where we stayed did not correspond with the description and it was not at the address indicated. We had to collect the keys and move to another building. The building was pretty run down and hastily arranged as a B&B. However, the front door was not closing and given the area is not particularly nice and safe this is a major issue if you are travelling with anything valuable. The room on the second floor (without lift) had a very unpleasant smell of sewage and a flimsy lock on the wooden door. The room was super hot even though no heating was turned on, so I can only imagine how it will be during summer hot days (not many of those in Brussels).

There was missing a shower head (on pic) in my room, that I noticed only in the evening and because you don't usually expect that kind of problem. However, when I signalised to the hotel reception, the receptionist said that there is nothing to be done now because the technician is out. When I asked the question what should i do, after some time the manager suggested moving to another apartment where the situation was also not the best (on the pic) - the leak under the sink. When I explained it to the manager, he suggested that I take a shower in another room where the shower switcher was not working and there were hairs on the wall (pic). However, the next day the plumber came and fixed the shower. So my take away, I am usually okay if a building and equipment are old but if they are functioning, that towels are not crystal white clear, but still clean. However it is essential for me that everything is still working, and everything is clean and proper.

The hotel located in the center, really close to Botanique metro station. Peronnel is friendly, and was trying to help with problems after some time

Shower head broken so water only drips, heating didn't work fully, rust in kitchen, door to the stairway doesn't close tight so all sounds go thorugh without any dampening (only other door in the apartment is to the bathroom, so all sounds from e.g. other inhabitants talking to each other on their way up the stairs sound as if they were meant for you), windows towards the street also poorly dampens noise, and the street is very noisy. Finally the TV didn't work at all (it's setup with a sat/iptv-decoder that however gets no signal). The price I paid does not reflect such a low standard. Should you need a location for the next installment of the "Taken" movie franchise, where kidnappers keep their victims until they lose all hope and are ready for trafficking, I highly recommend flat no. 2 in this place.

Had wifi issues for the first couple of days with no proper response from the staff. Considering it was a long stay there should be some arrangement to get the apartment cleaned as cleaning charges were applied. The shower force was very low. But i think overall it was a good deal and a good place for a budget stay

Location was good, the bathroom has a jet in the toilet 😀 full marks for that. Overall value for money. Had a table fan and iron box too..kitchen was also ok. Had restaurants and grocery and night shops very close by.
