Many small things. I list them so that people are informed. There was no small light by the bed. Towels were literally dirty, three of them. Staff changed them on request but it was very uncomfortable to arrive like this. Sometimes bread felt old for breakfast. Maybe just cheap quality. Sometimes there was no water for breakfast. Coffee machine is Nespresso only, tastes worse than normal coffee. Wifi was working but small bandwidth. No elevator. It was fine for me, but could be an issue to other people.

Staff was friendly. Room size OK. Temperature fine, windows fine. Breakfast was OK.

Aircon didn't work and on top floor it got very hot (the fan could only do so much). Disrupted nights by noisy people on the same floor.

Overall acceptable: the rooms are nice, although climbing three floors without an elevator might not be pleasant for everyone. There is no abat-jour, which for a three-star hotel should really be a must-have. In my room, the shower head was broken. Let’s just say a little more attention to detail wouldn’t go amiss.

Value for money, given the city and the fact that I booked the day before, is definitely good. The room, aside from what is mentioned down, is nice and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fair considering the price.

The breakfeast is simple but ok. However the staff is not concerned with customer.s In the first day pretty much all the tables were dirty and no one cleaned, they were together talking and I need to clena a table to be bale to have my breakfest.

Breakfast is very basic. More variety should be included. No fresh salads or fruit (except oranges). Also, the smell from the kitchen goes directly in the room during breakfast time.

The room was perfectly clean. It was much bigger than advertised here. I'm not sure if we got a free upgrade or it's just an error in the description. Even though it's directly on the busy street, it was surprisingly quiet inside. Hairdryer and bathroom toiletries were included as well (also not listed)

The TV in the room wasn’t working, and the remote control had no batteries. The radiators were very dirty. I would pay attention to these details.

Not enough light and no kettle. There was no light to stairs going up which is kind of dangerous specially when you have to climb it at night. Neighbouring room ppl were playing loud music disturbing us. Some discipline should be put in place as this hotel is family hotel.
