I would have liked a fridge in the room.

It was out of town with beautiful views and nature. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was basic but good. Easy transport with the bus service. A bit far from the train station, but if you are using the bus, it was easy to get there. We walk to town and back most of the time, but that's not for everyone. We had a great stay.

Not working wifi in the room, beds are not very comfortable, the room is small, basic and not airconditioned. Tv is micro formatted. Breakfast was very basic, coffee sucks. Staff is not very friendly. Value for money is not great.

Nice venue, good shower. Access to highway is convenient. Parking on venue.

I did not feel confident about the lock on the room door. It was an old fashioned lock, but did not have a deadbolt lock. With safety as a #1 priority and being accustomed to magnitized card locks, this would be an important reason to look for another hotel on future visits.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent - clean, well designed with a great rain flow shower head. Great surprise was a remote control air conditioner, which worked very well. Customer service was very good.

Hotel cannot offer dinner or simple food around 8 P.M. (only drinks). Room was dirty and very dark. TV was not connected to satelite cabel. Only one small room light shone. Door handle was damaged. Really strange impression about this hotel...

    Hotel is near to highway.

felt it was very expensive for how basic it was; peeling wall paper, old carpet and curtains, everything was just outdated, apart front he bathroom. The mattress was brand new and didn't even have a sheet on? If it wasn't brand new I would of definitely complained about that, quite grim to say the least. We also booked with a child and was automatically given 2 rooms and not an option for a small bed which we got in the end as rooms were floors apart!!

bed was very comfy and clean new bathroom.

The rooms smelt of cigarette smoke, they had building work going on that started at about 7.30 in the morning on a Sunday morning . We read that it served simple food such as pasta but were told upon arrival that they don't do food at the weekend which usually would be ok but after driving for 12 hours with small children the last thing we wanted to do was get back in the car and find somewhere for dinner. When we arrived at the hotel the man at the reception who I assume was the owner made very little effort and just pointed us in the general direction of our rooms .

    Convenient to the motorway.

Musty smell in the room. Main bulb was gone. Nothing in room was plugged in and ready for use (we were traveling with medicine that needed to be refrigerated - mini bar was not plugged in nor were bed side lamps). No hairdrier, remote control for air conditioning was not provided. Breakfast was below average - no hot option was provided. Bathroom: fixtures were worn (was uncomfortable to use as tap was rusted and limescale build up made it very stiff, shower head was not working properly), paint on the ceiling was peeling off big time and no fan (so mirrors steamed up very quickly and were unusable for hours after, some toiletries were empty. Worst thing - expect your 9am "pay me now call" even when the check out time is not untill 11am.

Room in the hotel was available (booked last minute at about 10pm tnat night). Nice location, comfortable beds.
