The room was not clean enough. We stayed for almost a week, and they didn't provide any cleaning services or even change the bed-sheets. Also, they didn't have anything in the room to clean it by yourself, and the only choice was to pay 50 euros extra for cleaning services. At least, the reception provided us with some extra towels.

The location is perfect! The apartment was big enough and it has bathroom and WC, that was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful!! The wifi was working properly! Overall was a good and cheaper choice.

In-person receptionist is not available 24 hours but they are responsive by call out of operating hours.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Not a walking distance to city center but very close to bus stop and Bruxelles-Luxembourg station. Room is just like in pictures, very spacious with well-equipped kitchen. Everything is well-maintained. Free self-service laundry is also available.

The only thing was that the room was a little cold, the heating did not cope. But this is not tragic.

Just a wonderful hotel, the room is like a whole apartment, very comfortable, large, huge, perfect location, beautiful area, just very kind and polite staff at the highest level of quality. The staff was always accommodating, friendy, helped with all problems and questions, even those where they were not obliged to - but they sincerely supported.

A little too expensive

The furniture was really dated & old. The dining chairs really needed replacing. The vinyl covers were peeling off as we sat on them & made the place very dirty. There were no sockets near the bed. We were surprised when we requested for more shower gel & shampoo and were told that we had to buy our own. They only provided us enough for the first day. In the end, we never used theirs as we bought our own. There was not much around the hotel, had to take public transport to go out & about. Not really within walking distance to places of interest.

The apartment was quiet and very spacious for 2 people. It was close to the train station & convenient to travel by train.

I did have to ask for new towels because the ones that were left were not as clean as I would have preferred. But the staff were incredibly fast and apologetic on the matter and rectified it almost immediately.

I loved the space in the suite. There was plenty of space to make me feel as though I was at home and not staying in a hotel room. It was nicely decorated as well.

We were out sightseeing during the day and had planned to swim every evening but the pool cost €10 a day (this wasn’t advertised on the site) and I had chosen the property over other apartments based on it having a pool included. If you are planning to cook the kitchen is modestly equipped. No kitchen scissors or a tea towel.

Very comfortable and clean. Great, quiet location. Walkable to the city centre but also within east reach of all types of transport. Staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed in the living room and the pillows were so thin that you might as well sleep without one.

It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, facilities in the room are good and the apartment was quite spacious with a lovely balcony.

If interested in cooking, beware that the kitchen is sparsely equipped. There are no basics such as oil, salt & pepper, and a limited selection of pots & pans.

Thon Residence is located a convenient 5 min walk from the European Parliament and even closer to the Luxembourg train station. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage before check-in time; staff was helpful and friendly, and the apartment was clean.

There were a few little frustrations such as no hook to hold the hand towel in the toilet or bathroom. Only one dishwasher tablet provided for a 5 night stay and we were told to buy our own if we needed more. Surely one per day is reasonable given the price per night, especially as nothing was provided for manual dishwashing. There was only one comfortable chair in the room. For couples that meant only one person could sit comfortably in the room at a time. The 2 TV’s in the room was a bit weird given the size of the room.

A lovely balcony with a view of Brussels. The apartment was a good size with a safe in the room. The staff were very helpful and polite at every interaction.

One minor criticism which really is minor … in the bedroom there was only one electrical socket which was right by the bathroom door and not close to the bed. The sockets by the bed had been covered over by the fixed headboard. Just seemed a bit silly

The location was perfect for visiting the European Parliament. It was a 30 minute walk to the Grande Place, but through the palace and embassy areas plus the parks. Really pleasant. We had a car so the car park was great for security. Can’t fault the staff, they were really helpful and the apartment was lovely.

The apartment did not feel particularly cozy, probably due to the lack of any carpeting / rugs and the spartan decor. The bathroom was a bit dated and the shampoo and body wash provided felt poor quality (bring your own toiletries).

Very spacious apartment, had all the basics. Location is great for all business at the EU parliament.

The place was clean and big. Close to Bruxxels Luxembourg Station. The bus stop is a couple of Minutes away. Walking distance to grocery stores. The staff are nice, helpful and friendly.
