The cleaning was poor, and the shower was dripping water and making noise all through the night.

The keypads for the intermediate door and flat door were TINY buttons on the handles themselves. This should be made clear in the instructions, which would have saved a long phone call to owner/agent. Constant dripping from shower kept us awake at night. Party going on upstairs until early hours.

The staff do not reply to any messages. Very poor communication. There was no cleaning equipment in the flat. The walls and bed mattress were dirty.

The check in procedure is not international friendly. The explanations are only given in french. The team was a bit cold on WhatsApp and not so willing to help. We stayed stuck oustide for more than one hour. When finally inside, we got interrupted by a random stranger who got into the apartment because he somehow had the code ! It didn’t feel very secure. The morning after, the cleaning person addressed us in a very unfriendly way, nearly aggressiv, because someone had not closed the door properly. She didn’t even take the time to politely say hello or ask us if we had done that.

Extremely dirty and miserable. Dampness, mold, peeling walls, leaking dirty water in the toilet, cables of all the electrical devices were cut, nothing worked, damaged smoke detector, burning lights, peeling wall in the living room too, dirty couch in the living room with blood marks and disgusting stains all over. Worst of all was that there were too many bed bugs!!!!!! All these were written on the wall by previous tenants. No one had seen that since no one cleaned it for a long time. We left the next morning!!! And we are still waiting for our money back and our keys which unfortunately we forgot there! NO one seems to care!

At the last minute they changed the apartment with one in their apartments in Cathedral Rue 97 which was unacceptable. We liked nothing but the location.

I'm doing interrail, so I've been in 5 different countries and this was the worst apartment of them all. It has a lot of broken stuff, the doors have holes in them that look as if someone has punched them, it has cum marks in the walls as well as on the sofa where we have to sleep, the light of my room doesn't work, the upper bathroom's light doesn't work either and it's very dirty with a lot of dust. When we arrived we couldn't find the key, it was in a box key at the entrance of the building, but we weren't warned. The kitchen utensils were dirty and clingy, I had to clean everything when I arrived so we could cook. I had booked the flat for 6 people, but the cooking pot and the pan were the size of my first, there wasn't enough glass of water or forks either. It was supposed to have a TV, that obviously wasn't there. The photo at booking is nothing alike the reality of the apartment. One week before our arrival, I was asked for a 150€ deposit, I can't understand what they use it for, because it's certainly not to repair what has been broken. I also can't understand if they pay housekeeping because of how dirty and clingy the apartment is. When it was time to go, a very angry man knocked at the door and cried at us angrily, which made us scared because it wasn't a good neighborhood.

It had WiFi.

There was a lot of damage to the property which which is in varying states of repair. There was a lack of kitchen utensils, cups and glasses, so we were unable to cook or have a tea in the morning (a must for brits). The blinds in the bedroom didnt come all the way down so so it was challenging to stay asleep past dawn.

The property was easy to find and in a great locaition. Access to the property was easy and simple.

When I arrived the apartment was dirty, with dust on the floor, there were no garbage bags, the blanket had no cover, I had to sleep without covering myself the first day, I had to ask the cleaning lady the next day who even refused to give it to me, I had to take it inside the apartment and show the blanket without the cover. The doors were all destroyed from blows from some fight that had taken place, no TV, coffee machine does not work. Definitely an apocalyptic environment. When checking in at 11:04 am I was just closing my bags to go down the stairs as there is no elevator, an employee appeared at the door with the level of education of an animal I told him, That I was finishing to leave, he was super rude "you're going to leave now" I closed the door in his face, I made it clear that he was talking to a customer, not an animal, I took my bags down In my time. For those who charge causation, you have very little interest in fixing things that are broken

there are bars, discos nearby, people yell until the morning, go to the toilet under every house, constant police raids. the apartment itself is dirty, there was no light in the toilet and the bedroom, there was no bed linen for 2 people, old furniture, no repair, we want to return our money.

This was one the filthiest place I ever stayed and the worst was that I have to share this experience with my children whom were traumatised to the point they refused to sleep in either the sofa bed or the bed. Finding the place was a nightmare after walking up and down the street for 30 minutes with our suitcases as there was no sign of smartflats like the four other properties my relatives stayed in which confirmed my suspicion that this was rented from a private landlord and smartflats had no control of the standard of service the provided neither its correct location. The information provided didn't match the ones found on site, they was no keypads to put the codes in instead it was a keys embedded in the door handle. The flat meant to be non-smoking but the sofa smelled of nicotine. No curtains in the bedroom instead a broken blind trown accross the window. The sliding door to the toilet never fully closed living about 15cm gap between the door and wall. No space to get to the window and have to either push the bed or step on the bed. The double bed was made of two single beds with no stoppers causing the beds to spread when laying on it. Wrong Wi-Fi password provided Missing ustensiles and broken pan handle and much more. I raised my complaint in the morning and was offered an apology and 25% off but never replied so we moved out because I didn't want my children to remember our holiday as such especially after choosing to sleep on the floor that night.

There was nothing to like in that flat, worst place I have ever stayed in and left after our first night.
