It didn’t bother me but… I could hear music from the bar downstairs ( so if you are a very light sleeper..) and my single room would have been awkward to get to with a big suitcase ( narrow staircase).

This hotel Is in a lively quaint street with lots of vibrant bars - fun but not raucous! I was happy to sit and have a drink alone! Lots of places to eat around the hotel. The food at the bar/restaurant downstairs looked great too. Staff excellent and friendly. Hotel spotless.

The fact that even if you have a family booking, i expected to have a closed bathroom while taking showers, but it was actually opened. A bit noisy from the street cafes and music.

Perfect location in the center of brussels. Not the sides of the center, exactly at the heart of it. Staff were great, the rooms were tidy and modern looking, on the 4th floor with light everywhere in our room. Everything was great.

Staff was very welcoming, more than nice and extremely helpful. The found me a great solution for my bicycle and I thank them for their patience and availability. The hotel is at the utmost center location in the city : everything is accessible on foot!

The bed dipped in the middle. I wish I realized the bathroom was in the room, made it a little loud in the morning while my baby was sleeping. Breakfast was lacking options.

The shower tends to flood the bathroom. The breakfast was a bit basic for the price.

One of the receptionists was not really friendly with limited knowledge of English. Couldn’t answer why they ask for card details as a deposit. A bit loud from the restaurant and bars near the hotel, but it’s a payoff for the location

We liked everything except the excessive amount of emails that were sent between booking our stay and even in the days after our visit (13 in total and 4 emails after we left, excluding the emails that came via booking.com). I just think this is unnecessary and can be described as spam imho.

Location and the sound of people enjoying themselves down in the street on the terrace’s. Very comfortable bed. Efficient use of space (room 305) which we appreciated.

Wasn’t so keen on bath/shower in bed room, even though it was very stylishly done. But it was still a gorgeous stay. No tea making in room, but they would make tea for you downstairs in lovely restaurant.

At night you can hear the noise from the street

It's in the center really near from bus and metro and you have a lot of restaurants in the same street. Also, it was very clean and the bed its really comfortable.

I couldn’t sleep well because of so much noise from the outside. The hotel located in the neighborhood of bars and restaurants and drunk people shout and talked so loudly throughout night.

As mentioned in the other comments, the bath tube is in the bedroom withou any curtain... so as soon as you start showering, you have water everywhere.

Very central hotel next to Bourse and Grand Place, and close to a tram station. Perfect to discover the city center by foot. The hotel is in a street full of bars, so it is noisy, but it was ok to sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable !

The room that I was given was not the same as at the photo that I was choosing by. I was not quite happy about how the room and the furniture looked like, but I guess this is the best deal for this money in Brussels...
