the room was very tiny, just enough room to walk around the bed; bathroom was more like an in-walk closet, very tiny basin, water all over the place. Windows don't open. I had reserved a parking-space, paid 15 euro's, is just an open bit of ground., not at all protected from the street. Overall, stay was not worth its money, luckily this was just an overnight's stay in between 2 stops.

Friendly staff. Close to beach and tram-stop to plopsa-land.

only the 2 persons bed was very soft and small, we good no't stay on our own site and moved always together in the middle.

we liked it very much, near the sea and shops, breakfast good (fresh fruit) personnel was very friendly. everything was small but good to use.

The breakfast was very minimalist. The bedroom has carpets on the floor, the bathroom was so small you couldn't bend to wash legs and feet (we are not overweight), the mattress is so old you could feel the springs, specially at the border. Our main reason to choose this hotel was for the parking, as this is very difficult to find at a sunny warm day at De Panne. The hotel advertises as having parking, but they mean for you to park at the street. You need to pay 25 euros per day, if you are lucky to find a parking spot. We won't return to this hotel in the future nor would be recommend it.

Staff are friendly, it is at walking distance to the beach and city center.

The matteres was awful , we just cap napped , so very soft we both rolled into the middle and stayed there. And the breakfast was poor it was sliced bread and rolls, and two cereals . I felt there could have been a little bit more .

    The location is excellent .

The room was too small for a double bed, it filled almost the whole floor area.
