The room was cold, it would have cost more, if we asked for more intensive heating. The bathroom had a weird sewer smell. And our room in the "Canal View" didn't have a view to the canal. The walls are so thin, that we heard everything from the hallway and the other rooms. The bed is really high, I had to climb up every time, this was not too comfortable.

The location was nice, it is close to the important area, it is a quiet street with very little traffic, the breakfast was good to have.

I made a reservation for one room, with double bed. when i arrived, i got a room, with two separate bed. The reception was empty.

The fact that the staff was not here after a certain hour was a bit weird (but there was an emergency phone, so we're never really left). The breakfast was a bit cheap, but we could fill up out stomach.

The bed were really comfortable, the staff (when there) was really helpful and kind. The room in itself was really good for a one-night stay. In general, it was very good. As girls, we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, wich is a very great point!

Didn‘t even have a hairdryer in the room. Building was under construction, so the canal view we extra paid for was blocked. Room was really cold and we were not allowed to heat it.

Hotel under renovations, hallway had no tile/carpet, our room flooring was lifting, auto lights went out every 30 secs in washroom 🤦🏻‍♀️ breakfast was modest. Room was very cold during the day and too hot at night. Too expensive for what you got!

The actual hallways looked like they were in reparations, but it didn’t really bother us. The rooms are a bit small.

The location is amazing, right next to the canal. The check in is very quick and easy and the breakfast included was also nice to have.

Court yard light was left on at night so the room was light even with curtains shut. No hair dryer in the room and had to pay extra if you wanted to use one.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room had a great view of the canal (honeymoon suite). Breakfast was great. Room temperature was good had no problems with it. Thank you.

It was colder than it should be inside the rooms. They are not turning on the heating system and the radiators are usually cold or a bit warm. We weren't informed before booking it about the "energy saving" in the hotel and turning off the heat and that annoyed us a bit, but we figured out that's the part of the northern-west experience adventure so we went with a flow. :)

Location is very good, breakfast included, stuff is nice. Rooms are clean, comfy.

I didn't know about the stairs to my room. Had to get help with my luggage. On arrival no kettle or hairdryer in the room. Could pay extra for it the next day.

It is very, very surprising that a hotel at this level doesn't provide liquid soap and shampoo. And you have to be making dance moves to be able to get a proper shower. The breakfast could have been more satisfactory.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by one of the canals. The bed was super comfortable. The room was warm enough.
