It was not very clean. If you are booking the place for more than 2 persons, and you plan to use the sofa bed for sleeping, it is not very confortable. No toiletries available The water from the shower was either very cold or too hot. There is was no TV cable, very difficult to use with the online tv guide available. It was not available most of the time we stayed there.

Apartment was spacious and had everything you need. Close to many restaurants.

Although the flat was tidy and clean, I would suggest improving the cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom.

The flat was modern and spacious enough for 3 or 4 people. There were plenty of blankets and towels, the heating worked well, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The location was great, situated in a cool neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. Additionally, the host was very kind and helped us with everything we needed :)

Located in the very heart of the Chatelain with all its nigtlife, bars and restaurants, this accommodation allows you insight into a Brussels university student's dream condo :-) A living room with a fully fledged kitchen, a separate bedroom with the adjacent bathroom - there is enough space for a young couple. Even a mini balcony with a small chair and miniature table. The furniture is modern and reasonably new. The host, Nathanael will meet you with the key, and he is also available on multiple platforms if you have problems. (He helped me find the thermostat to turn up the heating.)

1 I would prefer untransparent the curtains for the main room, for more privacy. Especially because it's offers as second sleeping room. 2 Oil door hinges and fix all doors shape that they open and close easily and without noise, maybe add soft stop. It would take one hour of work, but would be big improvement. 3 Maybe heater in the bathroom work only during winter time, but it didn't work, so no chances to dry clothes. 4 Not complain, but I would change photo on walls on something more positive or TV :) 5 Code lock or box with keys would add comfort for check-in check-out. I wouldn't feel hurry because I should be there in time, to not force other people wait for me. 6 Put matte film on toilet window in the door, now it's 50% transparent and you can easy see what's going on inside. Felt uncomfortable to use it. 7 I understand it's a overall design, feels like more modern chairs would be comfortable.

Big enough, nice kitchen and equipment there. You get all what you need for living and comfort stay there. A lot of restaurants around, which is nice. Laundry and shops. Owner was very nice.

The property was wonderful, modern and artistic. Equipped with everything you may need for a short stay. Location also fabulous, small cafes, restaurants and wine bars few steps away. Owner of the property super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and I am hoping to stay there again.

Great location (by tram 6 stops to the center) and there are many restaurants nearby just under the balcony, yet it wasn't loud. There are plenty of street parking available and parking garage recommend by the owner was cheaper. Small supermarket and coin laundry are less than a block.

The owners could have put a little manual somewhere regarding the television (Tadaam) service. Ha dot work it out myself. Worked well enough though.

The boiler was not in best shape. It was only possible to trigger the boiler if hot water was being run from the sink tap at the same time as the shower. This was the only way to have a shower with hot water.

Excellent location and kitchen facilities and friendly and helpful hosts.

There are no screens on the windows, and there were a few flies in the apartment when we arrived. The toilet needed to be disinfected and cleaned before use. We ran out of hand soap in the bathroom on the first day and had to use shower gel to wash our hands. The central heating unit is in the bedroom and is quite noisy. Both interior doors squeak very loudly.

The host was welcoming and kind, and the studio is located in a good area with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

The appartment is not so spacious, especially for 3 people. The stairs are very narrow.
