We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe name of this place is a&o Hostel Antwerpen Centraal. The Booking site doesn't mention Hostel. The room was very stark with just the basics. Like a barracks. Not enough lighting. Needs a table lamp. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Nothing to prevent hall doors from slamming. Only one very soft pillow per person.
Updated bathroom. Clean room. Interesting graphics on the walls. Nice and spacious breakfast room overlooking the railroad station.

NigeriaThe room was small, and the panels were not soundproof, so noise from neighboring rooms was occasionally disruptive. Housekeeping was not provided daily and required guests to make a request by scanning a QR code. However, no such code was available in my room, and the process was difficult to navigate since the system was not in English. I was later informed that the request could only be made by scanning a code at the reception. The reception was mostly busy and I needed to catch up with my conference schedule so it was a huge challenge getting my room cleaned. Even when I made a formal complaint, and I was assured that it would be done, the room was still not cleaned. Additionally, the hotel had only one functional elevator, which was frequently overcrowded and caused delays.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help. The bathrooms were very clean and nice. It was also very close to very key places like the central station, malls and the conference center.

IndiaBathroom was stinking throughout my stay but since I was mostly out the whole day I would forget to inform the reception and then it was time to check out 🥲. Enclosed shower was too small.
Bang opposite Antwerp Central Station so was extremely convenient. About 7-8 mins walk from the Flix bus stop. Rest of the attractions were between 10-25 mins of walking distance, so wasn't that bad. Many restaurants around. Breakfast was decent though the same for all 3 days consecutively. Charged me about 14-15 Euros for early check-in but since i landed into Brussels early morning after 20hours of travel and took a train to Antwerp directly it seemed more than worth paying for.

Perfectly located. Very good price. Facilities in the room were excellent. A big thank you to staff member Suhail who went above and beyond in his service getting me and friends into the same room when we had all booked seperately.

PolandThe girl on afternoon shift on our arrival day was a bit lost. Didnt know on which floor was our room and at 4pm she said, that she didnt know If its ready to go in. And told me to wait another hour (i was with a baby). Thanks god i didnt wait and went upstairs to check. Because I would wait for nothing.
Hostel is in Perfect place, just outside of the train station. IT was clean, but there wasn't hot Water under the shower. Morning shift on our arrival and departure was brilliant.

United StatesThe Remote to the TV the power button stopped working and all the rest of the buttons worked. I Went to the front desk and the guy at the desk said to try a new battery he wouldn't believe me. So I went back up then came down with the remote and then went back up. Showed him then he just switched remotes from another room for mine. Hope they buy or get a new remote for that room. So no one else has to deal with an old remote that needs replacing.
It was close to the train station.
