Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere were a few slightly annoying things. A broken bin in the bathroom was never replaced and only 2 coffee pod were supplied for a 4 night stay. A bit mean.
The general feel of the place was nice and the location was very convenient for the station. Plus a very nice bed.

PortugalThe door to the shower stall did not close all the way. The latch on the front door lock did not work. The area is under construction and it can be dangerous to walk in the dark.
Clean, excellent breakfast, beautiful room, friendly staff. Coffee machine in the room and a sweet compliment from the hotel.

United KingdomBrussels is a filthy city and the area around the hotel is particularly grim, with piles of garbage in the street, an all-pervasive smell of urine, and intimidating groups of youths hanging about after dark. We didn't mind the 20 min walk to the city centre, but we felt less comfortable returning at night. The hotel itself felt very safe.
We had a huge basement family apartment, with sitting area, lobby, double bedroom and bathroom. The lobby alone was bigger than most city hotel rooms. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern, and faced into a quiet courtyard. Our bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The hotel is a short walk from the central railway station.

United KingdomThe location. Very grotty street and a 20 min walk to the centre, through very grotty streets. Brussels is not a very clean city. Not the hotels fault but it’s a shame that such a beautiful hotel is located in such a rough area.
Beautiful interior and very clean

United KingdomThe area around midi station and hotel has metro construction which brings down the feel of the area as well as it being untidy with litter and seemingly socially deprived. No real concerns but lack of quality places nearby to eat and drink.
Clean and comfortable stay in a nicely designed hotel convenient for Midi station and Eurostar and many other destinations. Also easily access public transport for all parts of Brussels and walking to centre.

BrazilGreat hotel. But I try it to heat up a lasagna, they didn't help me at all. They told me I need a plate to put the lasagna in. They have a restaurant I think it was nothing for them to borrow me a place to hit my lasagna..😩

United KingdomNot the hotel's fault, but they are building new metro lines outside at the moment so there are a lot of roadworks to navigate between the hotel and the centre, but dont let that put you off.
The location, less than 10 mins from the station and only 15-20 mins from the city centre was perfect. There are also a wealth of cafes, bars, grocery shops, bakeries and takeaways a stone's throw away. The hotel was spotless and very quiet and the staff were very helpful and speak perfect English. The room was fully serviced each day of our stay.

TurkeyDuring our stay at the hotel, a student group was also staying at the hotel. Since our rooms were close, we felt a low level of noise in the evening. But as I said, it's all luck. It's not the hotel's fault.
The location of the hotel is very central and close to the train station. Check-in was very easy, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel thanks to the luggage room. The room exceeded our expectations, it was clean, modern and completely under our control. It was also possible for us to work thanks to the desk and chair.
