We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumParking access blocked, not great when you are on a schedule and only have a few hours of sleep. Staff was very flexible to help out quickly though. Check)out at 5 am could be more flexible. Having nervous people lining up for checkout at 5, afraid to miss shuttles or flights is not great.

Irelandin the room there were 3 mirrors and they were all coated with a yellowish tint. This made it slightly difficult to put on makeup. Also what I noticed the sheet on the bed was stained - it was clean, but obviously the stains didn't wash out.
I stayed in room 3005. The room was very spacious, plenty of daylight and an amazing bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and amazing rain shower. In the room there was a mini fridge - contents complimentary and a safe.

NetherlandsI ordered the romantic package, 33 euro’s for a bunch of fake rose petals. Way overpriced! The Van Der Valk hotel in Arlon did this for FREE and added very nice towel swans on the bed as well!! When turning on the bubbles in the bath it smelled very bad for a minute.

CanadaSadly there seems to be a lot of new staff that don’t communicate with each other properly. Room service wasn’t available for breakfast like their website says. The 24/7 Pizza wasn’t available either that day. Door was locked between the two buildings so had to carry heavy bag down the stairs when checking out. Staff at front desk really struggling with check in and check out processes. In comparison to the other hotels in the area I stay in for business, I was disappointed in the service level provided, and that’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again.
Room very comfortable. Some excellent staff in restaurant and at reception. We had a nice experience at the buffet with amazing service there by the lovely Italian waiter. The shuttle bus driver was excellent and very helpful.

DenmarkThere was no normal handsoap, only body was in a small type. It was not possible to turn a single light at the bed, only all the light in the room. It was a bit strange how the location of room 1000-5000 was located. You had to take 2 different elevators.
Breakfast was very good, and at the floor I was at, there was also free soda and coffee. It was a small room, but fine for single nights.

Also the signage of the rooms throughout the building is poor. Especially if you are staying in the adjacent building. This also needs to be better.
