While we chose this location for convenience to attend the Grand Prix, we would love to go back to this pretty little town and stay at this hotel again for a another visit.

Bed too soft; Shower mould ; dirty sheets; Wifi slow; Staff ignorant; Not suitable for old people or dogs afraid of steep open metal grill stairs. We were told the stairs were shallow and closed. Alternative room offered and accepted which was old and cramped at no reduction with no apology. Breakfast felt rushed and cramped feeding area. Terrible coffee.

Very quiet room. Pastries at breakfast

having to pay for parking, you cannot park on the property which is fine. Parking is readily available to the location but it costed us about 8€ for the day. Maybe if the hotel offered a discounted rate for parking or a free parking pass that would be great.

The room was exceptionally clean! We had a nice view from our window and the room was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were plush and nice. The staff was friendly and the WiFi worked perfectly! Breakfast was also very good with many options of breads, meats, and pastries.

Restaurant service and staff are not aligned with normal hotel standards. Staff is obviously overworked and not organized so customer service experience is disappointing although food is great.

The hotel is in an area with huge, uneven cobbles which are simply dangerous for a group of motorcyclists like us to negotiate without falling off, luckily for us it was dry weather. The lady in reception stopped dealing with me to take two phone calls and speak to another guest. It was very hot weather, 37c, and we just wanted to get to our rooms for a shower but before she would give us the keys she kept trying to get us to book in for dinner, (an attitude which ensured we didn't). A few of our group were in the new rooms as shown on their web site but others had to negotiate a rickety and narrow, wooden windy staircase to the third floor, no lift! We were told we had to park at an associated hotel 250m away which was down a really steep and potholed ramp. This hotel is also where breakfast would be served as they do not have a breakfast room! We later found we could have parked much nearer at one of the many motorcycle places in the town centre. Later we ordered beers (before having dinner elsewhere) but the young staff kept ignoring us or failed to deliver.

Hardly anything - the modern rooms were quite fancy and ours had a large shower but needed aircon to be really modern and comfortable. The excellent designated motorcycle places in the town centre have a security bar. They did eventually allow us to park two motorcycles outside the hotel.

The new rooms where pretty stylish but you Could already see that maintenance was not up to standards and They were wearing down. Moreover When we were shown our room upon arrival the guy noticed the automatic shutter of our roof window did not function. He promised hè would check with one of his colleagues yet When we returned in the evening nothing had changed. When we notified the staff in charge she came Back telling is that the system had broken down and they Could only call for someone the next day. We had to insist quite strongly that Some sort of solution was sought (possibly another room) before They gave in and went up the roof to manually close the window. In the morning my boyfriend used the jacuzzi in our bathroom: unsurprisingly the noice was deafening. When hè turned it off it Kept on restarting Every 8mins or so at least for over half An hour, even When there was No more water. Sinds we were leaving that was not really a problem but when I told the staff so They would know to fix it, they sort of acccusingly said that that was normal and that it was the system cleaning itself. I can only imagine how much fun this would have meant had we used it in the evening...

location is great and the new room we stayed in (junior suite) looks really Nice and is very spacious.
