Geert was very attentive throughout,a lovely welcome drink and was very thorough with information about our stay and city directions etc.Fantastic breakfast with his trademark daily surprise which was a nice touch.Thouroughly enjoyed our stay and Geert couldn't try harder to please.Would definitely recommend and will come back again. There was nothing we didn't like about this B&B in all honesty.

We were greeted by Geert who made us a cup of tea and showed us a map of places to visit which was extremely helful. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast we've ever had and kept us going all day long. It was about 10-15 minute walk into the City which was absolutely fine. The room had everything we needed including a fridge which was great.

Only thing as it is an old property, the floorboards can creak a lot - if you are on the 2nd floor with a room above you, it is quite noisy at night / morning if people are moving around or using the bathroom.

Location is superb. Host is equally as good. Breakfast is very special for a continental breakfast, with the different savoury / sweet treats each morning; wish there was a bit more orange juice!! Room very cosy and lovely bathroom.

The only very slight downside is the noise from room above as the floors are wooden so could hear every footstep. You could be lucky or unluckily depending on who is staying.

Geert was the perfect host, offering us beer and information on arrival as well as an amazing breakfast each morning. Location is ideal - about 15 min walk to train station and 20 mins to the main square (with the belfrey) in Bruges. Rooms are clean and comfortable and guests have use of a lounge. A great bar offering good food just a few doors down.

We had a warm welcome with a wealth of knowledge from the owner. He made us an excellent breakfast. The room was comfortable. There were local beers in the Mini fridge for €2 each which is excellent value. I hope to return!

Everything was great.

Our host was helpful with booking a tour and with a couple of favours we needed to ask of him. His breakfasts are healthy and delicious. The house is full of character, very close to a cool little pub/restaurant and to the historic centre and walking distance from the train station.The Chinese takeaway across the road is great too. Highly recommended.

Struggling but the bathroom extract didn't clear the humidity for ages.

Our room and bed were comfortable in a lovely period building. The owner was very friendly and helpful with information on the area. The breakfasts are excellent. Great variety and quality. The location was quiet but it was easy to get into the centre and the station. There was carparking available. A great, friendly bar just a few doors away.

The fact that the toilet was outside the bedroom , the bathroom was inside but no toilet in the bathroom. It wasn’t far but you had to unlock the bedroom door to get to it

The size of the room plus an extra “dining area” to enjoy breakfast and coffee. The owner was very helpful.

The overall lighting in the main room was rather dim, even though there were plenty of lights in the ceiling. A floor lamp or two near the sofa would have been nice for reading. Room was a little worn, but not in a bad way, feeling authentic attic room of generous size. A little "discussion" about the room safe not opening one evening was a blip, but was not a huge deal.

Breakfast was outstanding and since we checked out very early in the morning, Gert packed a sack lunch for us. delicious! Just a short walk to the old part of town. Grocery stores abound throughout the area making it easy to bring a take out meal "home" with us. We were on the third floor which meant a lot of stairs, but the size of the room and views made it worth every step. Loved having a sofa to sit on rather than just the bed. Huge bathroom with large soaking tub, shower and double sinks made it easy to get ready for the day. Also liked that there was no carpeting making for cleaner floors. Bed was large and comfortable except for the pillows (I prefer softer down like) and not overly thick. Highly recommended if stairs not a problem!

Everything was perfect. Rooms are very clean and beutiful, well equiped. House is quiet but very neer to centre and train station. Our host Geert prepared amazing breakfast for us every morning. And was overall helpful in every way. We would stay here again with no doubt!

It is a small and picturesque house, The Host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was diversified, plenty and delicious. You can walk downtown within a few minutes. If we came back to Brügge, this will be our first choice.
