It was a lovely stay. The hotel is located right on the river with a fantastic view from its terrace. The breakfast is highly recommended. We would definitely visit there again.

This is a B & B not a hotel. No bar, no restaurant yet it is advertised as a 4 star hotel. The property is outside both the nearest village and the city of Namur. You have to drive to find anywhere to eat. Rooms are tired and very old fashioned. TV are old style, not flat screen that had to be switched on and off at the set. Remote did not work. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was good which was just about the only redeeming points.

very tired looking hotel which we booked because it had 4 stars. There is no way that this hotel warrants such a rating. Maximum 2 stars and that's generous

We would prefer duvets than the sheet and blanket. Vehicle access is via a steep gravel drive - not suitable for motorbikes. The house was a little dated inside but it was in keeping with the period property.

Large garden/grounds to walk the dogs also there was direct access onto the footpath along the river. The room was very large with table and chairs plus additional seating. We had one of the room which had a large balcony over looking the garden.

The whole place is in serious need of a coat of paint and needs bringing into the 21st century. There is a railway on the other side of the river that will effect light sleepers like myself.

The location is very good, a nice garden that leads down to the river. Bed was comfortable and the room large , light, airy with a great balcony to view the garden and the river. Our hostess the only member of staff we saw was friendly and spoke good English

Directions to find property could be easier to follow.

Beautiful, large room with balcony looking across river and over gardens below. Large bathroom with good bath towels. Good, large bed with comfy pillows. Friendly and helpful owner: helped to increase room heating. Excellent breakfast and had catered for non-dairy partner; recommend the omelette.

Everything was fantastic - the staff gave us great tips on where to take trips in the local area and was always very friendly! This old villa really makes you feel you have taken a trip in time, have become some kind of royalty and are taking a few days off from your super important royal life in the countryside on the weekend.

    Nothing.

The location with a balcony overlooking the Meuse and the chance to walk down to the river. The beautiful house, the welcome we received - and the breakfast of course!

We felt very welcome at the hotel, which provides a lovely setting in which to relax. Our room was of generous proportions, with a large terrace overlooking the peaceful garden and the River Meuse. A copious breakfast was taken at leisure, and was nicely presented.

Didn't have breakfast, so unable to comment. But did have a sneaky look and the dining area looked great with views over the garden.

Good quiet location with walk straight from garden to river walk. Old traditional type hotel, with classic style. A little out of town, but a couple of local restaurants. Can recommend.

The hotel should be renovated. Holes in the linens, old carpets, etc.

Fantastic view on the river. Nice lady at the reception. Large room (room #4). Nice breakfast with a view on the river.
