Our GPS couldn’t get there by the street address but when we plugged in Villa Tiffany, no problem, there are also signs even if you get to the wrong location

The hostess was very helpful and welcoming, she recommended sightseeing options and great meal suggestions. A full breakfast was provided at the time of your choice. The property was gated, security code provided for easy access. If you’re going to tour the Battle of Waterloo, this is the perfect place!

We had a wonderful stay at Xxx booked through Booking.com. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and truly felt like home. Chantal, our host, was incredibly welcoming and kind—she made us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. The garden was lush, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. And the homemade breakfast Chantal prepared was absolutely delicious and really made our day. The calm and comfort of this place will definitely bring us back again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house with lovely, large bedrooms. The hostess is very kind and makes sure everything is in order. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel - personal service and everything fresh - even homemade cake;). in the summer there is also a pool.

Croissants at breakfast are rationed, so if you have a large appetite you better let the Host know the night before ;-)

Pool and overall facilities were great, and we liked the three dogs a lot (seems it was mutual, ha ha). Chantal was also great with dinner recommendations in the area.

The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in every corner of the property was evident, from the cozy linens to the tasteful decor that perfectly matched the quaint, inviting atmosphere of the house. What really set this bed and breakfast apart, however, was the outstanding service. Chantal and her daughter went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was offering local tips for things to do or just engaging in friendly conversation, they made us feel like a valued guest, not just a customer!

Hot and cold breakfast items were offered in a very beautiful way. Even there were homemade cakes.

It's a long walk to the nearest restaurant and food cannot be ordered. Not great if your looking for a place to party.

The accommodation is a piece of arts, beautifully designed and situated in a quite location with a great garden and wonderful greenery. It's only a short drive to the train station and under 15mins train journey to Brussel. The staff/owner was very friendly and approachable and breakfast was fantastic.

Beautiful immaculate property, hosted by an absolutely charming lady who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She also prepared a lovely supper for us, likewise breakfast in the morning.

The garden and swimming pool are lovely. The bedroom is a good size and comfortable. We had a light meal in the evening and breakfast the following day, both of which were very pleasant. Nice alternative to staying in a hotel and although we were just passing through I am sure it is convenient for Brussels and the historical sites.

It was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The host is super nice and helpful. She made us a fantastic breakfast and, even though we were the only guests, it was extremely complete. And delicious! With homemade cake and bio products. The house and garden are beautiful. Perfect for longer stays as well. We were very sad we couldn't stay for longer. Hopefully, we can go back some day!
