Very friendly, welcoming host. The hotel building itself has a lot of old fashioned charm. We particularly liked the conservatory area where we had breakfast each morning looking out onto the garden. Our bed was comfortable and breakfast each morning was very generous!

We had two flights of fairly steep stairs to climb to our room - slightly inconvenient if you have luggage, although good exercise I suppose!!

Very friendly owner and staff, charming decor, peaceful garden, very clean, good breakfast buffet and bar. Having two interconnecting rooms for our family of four was perfect.

The attic rooms do get warm in hot weather but the hotel did everything it could to keep them cool and a good fan is provided.

Fantastic Garden with many seats and loungers. Bus into Bruges right outside the door which goes to the bus terminal and back. Good breakfast. Bar on site. Great Old style hotel, with some beautiful furnishings downstairs

No aircon, so room was very hot. Room needs a modern cold air fan in the room.

Beautiful interior and lovely welcome relaxing place. We had a family room which was great as 2 proper bedrooms but internal door in the one Room !! Brilliant.

Hosts were very attentive, informative, and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable. The location is excellent given that the bus to Bruges stopped outside the hotel.

This little historical gem was both beautiful and charming. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day with plenty of options. Will definitely come back when in the area.

The owner of the hotel met us on site and was incredibly helpful with all questions we had about the area. Breakfast was very good and served in a quaint solarium. He even went so far as to provide a take away meal when our departure reservations occurred before breakfast was served.

While an elevator would have been helpful to transport bags to our second floor room, it also would detract from the decor and ambiance of the building.

The property is ideal for a visit to bustling Bruges where people and parking can make the prospect of a visit, daunting. It is situated an easy and short drive from the city where, just outside the historical centre, parking is plentiful. A wonderful breakfast is provided and when a breather is required, one can relax in the lush garden. The rooms are classy and comfortable and the host - Joaquin, is most accommodating - sharing information re. the area and providing advice, if needed.

Excelent shower, towels and bed linen are very clean and good quality. Staff friendly, breakfast very good and atmosphere very nice.

Very cosy place, the staff are pleasant and helpful. I prize for comfort and cleaness, and the hotel met my expactations. The room was quiet and there are blackout blinds, perfect. Brilliant breakfast.
