We loved how quiet the area was and our initial surprise at being further out of Bruges than expected turned out to be a bonus because we hired a car and were closer to the WW1 sites.

Nothing to dislike an excellent B & B

Breakfast was very good including fresh fruit, various breads, cakes, meats, cheeses, eggs, tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals nothing was to much trouble. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean, bottled water, tea and coffee available and restocked daily. Secure off road parking no traffic noise in the vicinity so a good nights sleep. I did not use the pool but others did it was clean and heated.

Unfortunately the pool was not opened, our son would have loved a swim ( the weather was not necessary ''swimming'' whether so we understood why it was closed ). Wifi was slow, but I guess that was due the rural location

Very clean and quiet location in a nice village, half hour drive to Brugge. Stacy is very friendly and she take good care of the property and her guests. Breakfast was also very good. Overall a very good experience

Start to finish our stay was superb. Wonderful hosts that bend over backwards for us. Our new stop over to the UK from Germany is now the woodside, best place by miles!

Rooms not particularly soundproof. Didn't bother us though.

We were made to feel very welcome and our hosts Stacey and Luc were great ! Generous breakfast and very helpful and fun to chat with! Parking onsite and pool looked great! Would definitely recommend!

    Errr...... NOTHING!!

Friendly owner, decent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Clean room, with wifi and tv (not that we used that much) Swimming pool and plenty of room to park. It is just out of Bruges but 20 min drive and 2 Euro to park the car all day in Bruges. Fab!!

Stacy and Luc made us very welcome, it was more like staying with a relative than a B&B. They are a lovely couple and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Stacy even drove us to a place to eat. Would definitely recommend Woodside.

The B&B was more rural than we had anticipated.

The happy, friendly atmosphere of the B&B. The pool looked good, although not warm enough for us to use.
