A bit odd thing in our studio apartment - no door, nor curtain in the shower, so some water was bound to flow on the floor and wet the area near the sink.

Studio apartment is really spacious and clean, nice views from the upper floors. Great value for money! Good location, close to the tramline, fairly close to the beach but in a bit quieter area.

The sofa in the apartment is not as comfortable as we expected. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom. The cutlery was not clean.

The pull out sofa was not conforming for sleeping. It had a bar sticking in the middle, so not for sleeping at all. After talking to staff they confirmed that it is not for sleeping of adults

The mattress of the bed in our room didn't really feel comfortable for our backs, especially when we're both where lying in the bed.

West Bay is beautiful place to stay when visiting the belgian coast line in Westende. It's about 900 Meters distance to the Coach line. The room was nicely arranged and the interior decoration was very appealing. The little kitchen in the room had everything needed to prepare and enjoy different Kinds of meals. The staff was very friendly and supportive at all times. The breakfast Menu, which needs to be booked additionally, was very flexible and had everything you could ever als for. This was really delightful, especially when keeping in mind that this was a visit in the vacation off-season. Absolute recommendation.

There are no safety catches on the windows so they can completely open, we were on the second floor & fortunately we have older children, not sure I’d have relaxed with toddlers & open windows!

You walk in & certainly feels luxurious & newly refurbed with soft furnishings. We arrived early & lucky our room was ready, more like a suite with separate bedroom, bathroom, lounge area (with sofa bed for the children) & kitchen area with hob & microwave & dining table. Everything you need, clean & comfortable. Plenty of secure parking, we paid 6 euros for 1 night. Various restaurants dotted about & local beach area especially to watch the sunset! Nice for a stopover on the way back to the UK, (but would gladly stay longer) about 45 minute drive to the Channel Tunnel.

Not enough kitchen equipment, our toilet smelled awfully (like a public urinal), shower wasn't draining well, and a general smell of the apartment was not fresh. We would prefer a classic swimming pool to the "natural" one cause the floor was very slippery because of the algae. It would be nice to at least have a fan (no air conditioning). Overall, it was a good experience but a bit too expensive for what it was.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed in the bedroom, terrase was nice and we enjoyed the playground for the kids. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

- I would have liked to find in the apartment a fan and an electric kettle. And one table in the balcony. - The sofa bed was not very comfortable - There was a strong smell in the toilette - It seems to be a project under development, given to the Domaine a feeling of "desert"

It was particularly comfortable to have an apartment, but with the facilities of a hotel (reception, swimming pool, common areas, option of breakfast, etc). My son enjoyed the playground! The storage for bikes was an advantage. The apartment was nice, clean, and it had almost everything you need for a short stay The location was interesting, close to Westende (700 mtrs walking + one tram station to Westende beach) but in a peaceful area. The late check out (until 13:00) was only 20 eur extra.

We arrived after check in time, and had trouble to get in, as code for external doors was not working.

Two apartaments were of very different level of quality. Small apartment in towerA was very lovely, with great facilities, newly renovated. Our apprtment in tower B was spacious, but dated. So it is good value for money, if you select your appartment carefully.

The cost of the breakfast for what it was. Poor allergy information. Couldn’t even get a glass of water in reception/bar without paying for a bottle of water. A water dispenser would be a good idea.

The sofa-bed was not so comfortable, the fridge is loud and could be bigger, and the swimming pool was full of algae.

The location is great. The staff is very nice and helpful. The apartment was bright, the main bed was very comfortable.

The rooms look better in pictures…they are a bit worn out. The staff are not very welcoming, warm and friendly.

The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear children running up and down the hall constantly. It was also very hot in the room despite the weather not being particularly hot. I dread to think what it must be like if was was above 23 degrees. We had to pay to park which I think is a bit much. Surely they could provide parking for free. The staff are not so friendly. We didn’t feel very welcome.

Nice hotel although it was a little tired looking and there. We had a large suite with a separate bedroom, living area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Lots of space which was great. Everything was clean and tidy. Coffee and water was provided. Would have been nice to have tea too as I don’t drink coffee. Toiletries were provided which was good. We had breakfast - lots of choice. And the breakfast room was nice. There is a great outdoor natural pool that was very popular.

Dog noises and barking could be heard in the afternoons and evenings. And no black out curtains made for early morning for us.

Breakfast was very good. The beachy-vibe of the facility was nice. The room was very spacious and a good size for our family.
