In the description it says that there is WiFi, but the WiFi is only accessible at the reception and not in the room.

Language barrier, when check-in, a lady came and couldn't communicate, zero English. I was late enough due to a force majour situation in other country but still...nice is to meet someone you can communicate when you first check-in. In the bathroom, there were some places with rust.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Having a fridge and kettle is a plus. We were able to park our bicycles on the small balcony.

As always, I was satisfied with my stay at this place. This is not the first time I have stayed in Nessebar in these apartments. The air conditioning works well, it is warm in winter and cool in summer. Refrigerator, dishes, kettle. Very comfortable bathroom with a full bath, hot water. Convenient check-in and check-out. Instructions were sent in advance. Entrance to the building is by key, reliable, calm, comfortable, the elevator works.

When passing through Nessebar, I always stay at this hotel. Very comfortable and cozy apartments for me. Location - around the corner from Karamel, Clio, bus stop. Nearby are Janet, Byala Roza. Warm, hot water. There are dishes in the room, kettle, iron, hairdryer (in the nightstand). There is a TV (I don't watch), Wi-Fi at the reception, but I have a mobile. Everything suits me. It is especially important that you can check in earlier if possible, special thanks to the owner for this.

insufficient cleaning. there was a single blanket, insufficient for a family of two adults and a child. After check-in, in which they have given us. quick and brief information, there was no one in the hotel to assist us. Bad experience, not recommended.

Extremely sketchy. I wouldn't recommend it. No information on how to enter the building or where is the key. The contact we have doesn't answer the phone. It is a random room in a residential building. I did not talk with anyone, nor in person nor virtually. I was having trouble getting in so I had to wait until another random person entered the building, then, because I read on the reviews, I grabbed a random key from the desk in the entrance, praying it was the right one. And I arrived on time

Room wasn't made up for our arrival, sheets wasn't changed, bathroom was dirty. No wifi.

What an adventure! You can make your own way to the room. Maybe you want to talk your way in with this random lady? Maybe a little break-in? Owner totally don't care about your check-in and accomodation. But gladly take your money for it.

The place was near a lot of restaurants, a street with little stores and both the north and south beaches were close. The staff is fast and responsive, if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Could have done with some shelves in the wardrobe to store folded clothes. But this wasn't a biggie.

Great location for beaches, shops, restaurants and transport. A quieter area than noisy Sunny Beach. Basic amenities but good value. Good systems if you want to be independent.

There was no instructions in the room on how to turn on the hot water system (I had a cold shower) or wifi password (I had to knock on doors to ask other owners). The building has a receptionist but not there until 2000, which is the latest time for checkin. I arrived at 1800 and no reception. Luckily another owner let me in and found the apartment keys for me. I had previously SMS'ed the owner of my arrival time but got no response. Room has just 1 power outlet. Shower has no screen so everything in the bathroom got wet, including the toilet paper. No light in hall so had to use my phone torch to see the lock

The apartment is centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. The building has a lift.
