I think a bathtub with curtain for shower is not useful for a hotel.

It’s quite and comfortable hotel with free parking area and staff are very kind and helpful .

The fact there wasn't option for breakfast at the restaurant.

The room was spacious and clean. Quiet and cozy. The lady at the reception stayed overtime to wait for me to arrive, since it was after 8pm.

Room had a kitchenette but no pots / Pans/ utensils to cook with. Underground parking a hassle to enter/ leave on a daily basis .. better to leave car and walk

Overall it was good . The room was very hot and it was difficult to maintain the temperature. Our bathroom had tub with shower facility ,however there was no shower curtain or glass door hence making the bathroom very wet and dangerous after taking shower.

We were visiting our daughter so the hotel was convenient in that respect .

The hotel is very close to old town, 10-15 minutes by walking. Our room had a balcony and this is very good for smokers. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. We had breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was reasonably priced, adequate and tasty.

For such nice hotel provision of A Kettle , Tea or coffee in room would be very useful.

Dated room.

Large room but dated. Good wifi. About 15 mins walk to historic center. Underground parking. Friendly lady at reception who speaks English. She was most helpful & friendly. Not all staff speaks English.

The breakfast was quite poor, there were just a couple of very standard ingredients to make a simple sandwich, just one type of bread (white one), no cereal, no pastries or pancakes, no fruit :) Yet, the restaurant itself is quite cozy, so it was not that big of an issue for one night.

The room was large and clean, huge balcony looking at a quiet street. The staff were super helpful and kind. Liked the place very much, I was expecting much less and was pleasantly surprised.

Reception closes early, no one is managing the hotel overnight.

Underground secure car parking, easier to unload and access the hotel. Balcony views across Plovdiv were great. Room was large.

check-in hours are up until 7 pm. We barely made it on time, receiving a mesage from the hotel that we were about to miss our booking if not in time. It reminded a "soviet" way of running the hotel...

Windows type not very soundproof from street noises but you'll sleep well anyway..

Large room, air condition OK, well equipped. Underground parking is a big plus. Location is good enough, 15 minutes walking only to old town, 5 minutes walking to one big mall. Good breakfast.

Nothing in kitchen for preparing even a coffe, towels are not chainging every day, water pressure, light in fridge not working also in kitchen room 802.

I didnt like the bath supplies - there was a soap dispenser right next to the bathtube. I would really prefer to have a shampoo, a conditioner and a body shower gel separately. During our stay, it was very windy outside and there were creepy noises in the room :).

Great location - not far from the Old town and city park, 5 min. to the nearest Mall and a big Sport hall right next to the hotel. The room was fantastic, big and cozy furnished, big bed and a bathtube, with panoramic view. I liked the underground free parking - it`s very useful especially when it`s raining/snowing!
