As there is no reception and you have to check out at 11:00 am, there is no place to leave your luggages and enjoy the rest of the day. Also the toilet was in the shower. That was a bit weird.

Great place to stay. So close to the slopes, really comfortable bed, excellent set up inside and everything you need is provided. Highly recommended, along with Borovete Ski Hire (next to Titanic Bar). Quick and helpful replies to questions too.

Very nice apartments. A lot of space, has everything is needed. Perfect location. Close to center, and to cable car to Yastrebets.

It's very cozy and lovely place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped. On the ground floor of the building, you can rent skis or find shops for food. The parking lot it's located in the basement of the building and is well secured. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the ski lift or retaurants.

The neighbours from the floor above us were very noisy at night - lots of vandalism and drunk people. This is not the host’s responsibility but probably the police should be warned- in fact the police station is located almost next door to the house but no one came to check.

We stayed here for the second time and we love this apartment- its top location, comfort and accessibility! We’ll be back!

Only one set of towels for 7 days, linen change was offered at an unreasonable cost. Could have been more generous with washing machine detergent.

A minor point. Arrival instructions said that you enter the building through Entrance G. In fact it is actually Entrance 4 next to Snow Masters. Go through 2 double doors up to the 1st floor. The apartment entrance is on the left. The only door that looks different to every other with a welcome matt outside. The garage stairs will bring you out by Rossignol store.

I can't praise this place enough. Immaculately clean. We informed the host that we would arrive late and the settee bed was made up for us. Both beds are nice and comfortable. A lovely bottle of red wine and some coffee pods were left for us. We took some provisions with us but everything was supplied. Salt, pepper, sauces, sugar, toilet roll, cleaning detergents, sunflower oil. Everything we needed. Central heating, water pressure and temperature was great. Shower was lovely. The apartment is beautiful and located 50 metres from the bottom of the slope and chairlifts. There is a small supermarket on ground floor that supplies anything you might need. The Wi-Fi is good and the main TV has Netflix and Prime. We used our Firestick on the bedroom TV. No buffering at all. The little one managed to play FortNite on his switch with no issues. We travelled with a family of 3 and there was plenty of room. Communications were great from booking, arrival and departure. Highly recommend this apartment.
