No sun umbrellas around the pool and too much smoking from guests and staff around the pool area. Not pleasant and for those two reasons I would hesitate to go back.

    Lovely room with sea view

Liked everything about this hotel. We stayed for 7 nights -half board. Breakfast nice buffet with lots of choice , dinner - cooked on order from a selected menu, every evening had something new .Perfect location , friendly staff and tasty food. We had lovely gesture from reception for boyfriend`s birthday. At the last day we decided to treat ourselves with a massage - would definitely recommend ladies are well experienced and after it I felt so so relaxed .Thank you Aphrodite hotel for such a pleasant stay we had. Will come again

No beach umbrellas near the pool, people are getting sunburnt easily. The bed was very uncomfortable, I had to put a blanket underneath otherwise it was hurting my back.

The view from the room and from the restaurant was breathtaking. The food in the restaurant was good. The site staff was very kind and willing to help.

They had some issues with the elevator so we were sometimes a bit worried whether it will work properly or we stay locked in. If you are using a GPS I suggest to seek for Kvartar Perla 1. to find the hotel.

The hotel has a wonderful location directly at the seaside. Breakfast was varied and tasty. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with lunch menu and bulgarian dishes. Our rooms were big with a great view to the sea. We have spent wonderful time in the hotel and overal we were really satisfied.

Mediocre breakfast even for a good room's rate.

It's situation is great: just in front a beautiful beach of Neesbar. Free parking inside. Nice menú and good tipical bulgarian food.

We had a hell of a time finding the hotel because our GPS did not find the street.....actually the address meant just 'south beach'I found out,but Bulgarians are extremely nice and finally we found the place with the help of 2 schoolboys!we gave them a nice tip.

The hotel was on the beach,we had lounge chairs, umbrellas and swimming pool, food was good,we had a room with a big balcony and view on the sea

Maybe the breakfast should be more varied, but for our 3-days stay it was good enough.

We enjoyed greatly our stay in this hotel. Everything is very clean, the sea view is amazing, there is a restaurant available with quite good food. On top of everyhthing, the staff is amazing. They speak English ok, they respond quickly to email requests (we wanted sea view rooms) and they celebrated my boyfriends birthday without us knowing. They sang happy bday and gave him cake on the morning of his birthday. They surprised us a lot. Also, only a couple of steps and you are on the beach.

Absolutely perfect location, just on the Southern beach, only 15 minutes walking to old city Nesebar / Mesembria and one minute to the sea, perfect managerial team, absolutely friendly, helpful, charming.

Breakfast might not be suitable to all tastes ( especially the coffee ), but it gets the job done. Waiters are not very good at English, but they fare better than the rest of the town. At certain hours in the evening, the waiters can have trouble with the number of customers.

Excelent placement, in immediate vicinity of the beach. The room was HUGE, easily falling in 4 or even 5 star hotel category ( don't know if all rooms are the same ). Underground and exterior private parking. Excellent English at reception. Nice pool at 3 star is a great plus, especially when it's raining, and the red flag is up on the beach :) Ordered food is relatively cheap, good and plentiful. I believe all rooms have a beautiful sea view, especially the ones at floor 5.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned (perhaps only the toilet seat had been disinfected, or at least had the disinfected seal). Taps were rusty and a lot of mold was visible between the tiles and around the washbasin. The furniture in the room needs replacement (the creaking beds, mainly). Still, the overall impression after four nights spent here was positive and, with some small investments from the owners, the hotel could be turned into an excellent place to spend the holiday at a reasonable price.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and not too far away from the old town. Our room was sufficiently large even for our too much luggage. The stuff was friendly, helpful and speaking good english.

In the morning the fried sausage smell was waking you up. But I guess is a matter of where your room is situated.

The room was big & clean and the view was amazing: we had the beach and old Nessebar view, the hotel is right on the beach. The staff is smiling all the time and very welcoming. The front desk staff knows perfect english and is helpful. Breakfast was ok, with a good variety of items.

Booking out and the head housekeeper taking my wifes' chocolate within one minute of leaving the room, whilst she was checking the mini bar. The same person denied this and management then making out my wife was mistaken, very disappointed and angry. It was the principle, and we certainly would not return!

Location, room with balcony overlooking the beach, facilities. The concierge gentleman was excellent. Underground parking kept the car secure and cool.

Breakfast really hard to cope with, but hardboiled eggs are a safe bet. Salads were also good.

Biggest plus: location, right on the beach (10 steps down from hotel pool). Room decent and clean, with great view of the sea and Old city of Nessebar ( got it by making a specific request on booking.com). Very friendly and attentive personnel. safe bet if you need a clean and comfortable enough place to sleep while spending the rest of the day at the beach or wandering around the area.
