Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed, pillows were a bit hard. The breakfast was diverse, but the food wasn't great quality.
The staff was super nice, they allowed us to check in later than agreed. The room was spotless clean, it was a nice size, so was the bathroom.

Nothing to complain about
very good hotel, chosen for the highest score on booking.com. expectations were confirmed, because the one-night stopover in Ruse was very comfortable. The area in which it is located is not the most picturesque in Ruse, but the purpose of the stay, a stopover in another destination, made this disadvantage not important. breakfast is ok, not spectacular, but correct. the staff is very very kind and helpful. we will definitely come back if there will be another opportunity

Everything was great
Everything was great! Rooms clean, great breakfast, personal super friendly! We forgot something in the room and they even shipped it to us. One of the best hotels in Bulgaria.

1. The well maintained garden in the back is also the "terrace" that all rooms are sharing (all rooms are on the ground floor). There is no privacy if you want to relax on "your terrace" as the others will be so close to you and you can hear everything they are talking. Also, all the smoke from the neighbours went in my room when I opened the window in the morning for some fresh air. Not cool for my child. 2. Sometime around 23:30 when was really quite and fresh air and trying to sleep with the window opened, a crazy vibrating sound started - by the sound of it I guess it was the washing machine of the hotel hidded somewhere in the corner of the garden. All guests woke up and opened their door, trying to understand what’s happening. Even after closing the door/window, the sound was still annoying for another 20 minutes.
A newly built hotel converted from an apartments building. Moder furniture, very clean rooms, polite and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and not too bad location. Well maintained garden in the back. Underground parking (20BGN extra) which worth in my opinion.

We are already regular guests and we always feel very comfortable there. The facilities are cleverly designed and kept in perfect condition, it is always very clean, the breakfast is great, but most importantly - the people are always very kind and you can see the care they put into their work.

This is by far the best hotel in Ruse. Amazing apartment, great garden, excellent breakfast. Very close to the old city center.

This was our second stay in Arletti and it will definitely be our choice next time in Ruse too. Clean and tastefully decorated, spacious and convenient room, good breakfast - we really appreciated that it included a proper coffee. And the staff are also very polite and friendly.
